I was surprised to have such a great experience after reading so many bad reviews. Trust me, those reviews are rubbish! I had the best experience from the two employees on the floor when I visited yesterday. They were very helpful, friendly, not pushy, and informative. There was a great selection of RH furniture. If you are familiar with the RH brand, you know it is not inexpensive. So, the outlet prices are great for RH, still not cheap, but you get what you pay for. They fully disclose any imperfections on the pieces. You will know what you are getting before you buy anything. They aren’t trying to trick you into buying some that has been damaged. I highly recommend this outlet! You can save thousands of dollars if you are patient. They will even take a list of RH pieces you like and let you know if they show up at the outlet. Great...

Wanted to check what this store had take up this location… seems to be another bust that won’t be here long. Walked in and was greeted with a hello by a gentleman that was wrapping up furniture. I proceeded to walk the entire store and was not offered help once. Looking at the items and prices vs quality did not seem to make sense maybe I’m missing something and these are really high end brands but I felt more so like I was walking through garage sale items. Occasionally I am influenced to buy items simply based on Brand but quality always matches the price because I do believe you get what you pay for. Not my cup of tea, might be yours.
