Would not recommend Aubrey. She left me with banding all around my head or the bleach not evenly saturated. She refused to fix it and said I would have to pay for it knowing I’m very sick. I feel very taken advantage of being chronically ill and going in and telling her you “just want to feel pretty” then come to find out when you are bedridden and have an appointment and get up to go to it you see just how messed up your hair is. You tell her and she refuses to fix it. Disgusted how I was treated when I didn’t mess my hair up. Never will return or recommend.

I brought it to her attention 11 days after having it done. As I’m very sick (bedridden) as she knew and the day after I got my hair done I caught the flu. So not only am I very sick with no cure I caught the flu. I don’t know about you but if you have the flu you aren’t looking at your hair. She asked me if I liked it and I said “it’s hard to see for me far away but it definitely does look brighter.” I had a doctors appointment and went to put my hair up and when I got home that’s when I messaged her about how badly my hair is messed up. This isn’t about wanting a “free” service. It’s about the fact she knew how sick I was and wanted my hair done to feel pretty for once. I’m not like everyone else who stands and does their hair everyday and would have noticed even if I didn’t have the flu BECAUSE IM VERY SICK AND BEDRIDDEN. I brought it to her attention as soon as I noticed. I feel very taken advantage of as she knew my situation and how sick I am and does not care to fix it but only to charge me. If I’m going to pay to have it fixed I’m not going to pay the person who messed it up the first time. Do better.

“She would gladly do whatever it takes to make you happy but I am not sure you are someone we can please or anyone can for that matter.” That comment is very immature as the owner. I have had amazing experiences with other stylists thank you. I’m very easy to please but when your hair is messed up everywhere I think you would be upset as well. I would definitely recommend Aubrey!! She is so nice and really does a great job! I’ve been to her a total of 4 times and never had any issues whatsoever. She is excellent in vivids and blonding! She is super relaxed and chill and really does take every client into consideration. She is also so easy to talk to! I felt like I could have any conversation with her and we could laugh and joke around! I love Me and Mine and all the ladies there! Definitely my first choice when it comes to my hair. The salon itself is so aesthetically pleasing and clean! Aubreys area was very clean and tidy. They always have good music playing and everyone is always in a good mood!
