This place is THE BEST! We were experiencing car trouble and took it to another auto parts store who told us the alternator was bad and wanted to sell us a new one on the spot. We took it to O' Reilly for a second opinion and it turned out we just needed a new battery. But getting the old battery out was a chore due to the design of the vehicle. The 2 store techs took the time to walk us through disassembling the bracket to take out the old battery and reassembling once the new battery was in place. I stopped at this location late evening on July 22nd because it was nearest to where I was staying. I'm from the Green Bay, WI area and the blower for my air conditioner in my vehicle stopped working I didn't catch the gentlemans name but want to be sure he knows how appreciative I am for his help!

He came outside to my vehicle to assist me. It was hot as hell but he didn't hesitate for one second to help me try and locate the problem
