*Note I needed these by 4-6 and called around to 2 because amongst my businessess, I hate to say it but, I almost forgot and I wanted an "special order" not just a pre-done item. She didn't make me feel bad at all. She proceeded to take my order as if I called days ahead. I thank her for that (because I was in tears thinking would be to late and was treated poorly by a phone call to a local one already) before a friend said, "use Flower Cart, in Pendleton" I thought now why would they help me being further away. I used the Flower Cart of Pendleton for the first time for a funeral arrangement. The man who took my order was great, professional, honest and very accommodating. I was originally picking out a FTD arrangement, and he said immediately that he didn't have some of the roses for that arrangement. I described what I originally wanted, and he made some suggestions. I have to order flowers frequently for work, and so many times my employees get there and see what was sent from us, and it is nothing like it was supposed to be. That is not the case with the Flower Cart. I know because they emailed me a picture of what was made. I thought this was awesome! It was great to see exactly what I sent! Update: we ordered again from Steve’s and had the flowers delivered for my husbands grandma while we were out of town and they knocked it out of the park. She showed me a picture and I couldn’t believe how gorgeous they made them for the price. Absolutely worth the money! Thank you!
