I live in Niceville and drove to Pensacola (68 miles, 1 hour). To purchase my annual Hallmark ornaments. I have been purchasing Hallmark ornaments for 34 years. A few years back I started a tradition on purchasing one each for my children. Each year the selection seems scarce. Last night while looking for my ornaments, the two young ladies working the evening shift were rude, condescending, and sarcastic. I asked about the Star Wars Jedi in training and was told they were put of stock and the ones coming in were for customers who had them on their wish list. I asked if I could purchase the display and the young lady (dark colored hair and wearing glasses) said no, not while the ornament premiere event was going on. I said okay, made my purchase and left. Not feeling satisfied with my purchase for the first time in years. Upon arriving at home, I looked at the dates of the ornament premiere on the "Dream Book" that I received while visiting El Paso, TX. And discovered the premiere ended on July 17, 2022. So, not only did she treat me awful while visiting the store she lied to me. I guess next year I will visit the store in Panama City (64...
Read moreThe sales person rang up my purchase totaling $22.50. I was paying with a debit card. I also wanted to receive four quarters for the dollar bill I held in my hand. The sales person informed me that she could not open the drawer unless I paid cash for my purchase. The result: A lost sale and a very loyal customer, also lost. The sales person was helpful, friendly and apologetic. I have no complaints with her. You may want to consider a policy change here. If a paying, loyal customer wants to receive change for a dollar bill, there should be no problem. Please let me know if an adjustment is made. I will never know otherwise as I will not return to the store. FYI, two stores down changed my dollar with no purchase whatsoever. It is called Customer...
Read moreAn employee came up to my two 10 year olds and told them not to play with the children electric sketch pad (a child's toy in a toy section). A toy that says (on the package) "touch nose to earse" As I was just 5 feet away to observe it all, I explained that my children were observing the toy to see how it works. She replied that so many have been broken that they can't be played with. I advised maybe placing a tester toy. This is laughable because this item is not a closed package item and sorted with other toys. If soooo many have been broken, it would be smarter business sense not buy from a cheap supplier. Thank you for helping me decide not to buy the toy. We walked...
