I ordered my food today at 7:08pm on 05/27/2025 and it was supposed be done at 7:50pm. I only ordered 4 subs and a couple of chips. I walked in and a young lady with black hair (an employee) was just standing there in a daze and not doing anything until I told her I'm here for a pick up order. She replied and said that they are still making it even though there were no tickets being printed out or people inside and I ordered 2 hour ahead, so thats no excuse to why my food wasn't done. I had to grab the chips myself and fill my gallon of sweet tea as well. There was another employee she has brown hair and she was complaining and kept going in and out of the back freezer side saying that shes going to cry in the back for 2 minutes. Complaining about their work hours and leaving late. Left at 8:30pm to come home and find out that they messed up on all of the sandwiches, my sub had two bottom buns on both sides of my sandwiches, missing toppings, and they were switching toppings with the other subs, missing the extra meat even though the employees mentioned to each other that we order extra meat on our subs. Complaining about missing their child first birthday, just straight whining for no reason and they were complaining to the other customers as well after we left. I have everything recorded so, this will be me and my family last time eating here, such a disappointment. I was charged for extra meat on 5 subs which was $6.00 extra so they owe me $30.00 for the missing extra meat as well. Will be calling corporate and file...
Read moreThis firehouse has gone down hill. The service is extremely slow due to poor management and lack of proper training. I purchased a large sweet and spicy meatball to share with my daughter and we both ended up with food poising the next morning from the food. I reached out to notify them of what happened and was told “They do not care what I have to say!” The manager Melina is very unprofessional and has her husband talk to women disrespectfully and belittle them as if they are beneath him instead of her dealing with her own employees she just tells them to talk to her husband and allows him to say whatever he wants. The owners are amazing (Scott & Deb) but I don’t think they realize what is really happening behind their backs with their poor management because people are scared to speak up about it because you’ll hear management brag about being friends with the owners so you can tell them whatever you want and nothing will happen to them for their actions. Read moreWe work across the way on Airport Blvd and we all ordered lunch at this location today. We placed our order at 11:23 am for 10 subs now we expected likely to wait about an hour so we arrived around 12:30-12:40..... They hadn't even started our order and it was almost 2pm before they got our food finished and handed to us. Once we got back to the office (which is sad because some of those associates got off at 2:15 and didn't even get lunch until time to go home) several of the sandwiches were completely incorrect. We spent over 140.00 for 10 subs and half the people either didn't get lunch on time or got wrong things and didn't even get to eat! This is ridiculous not to mention we tried to do the survey to give Firehouse feedback on our experience and it's not even an option to do anymore. Firehouse you are surrounded by hard working people who depend on you for their lunches and meals while they are at work and you have GOT to do better than an over 2 hour wait for 10 simple subs!!! I would love for a member of management to reach out and offer me a full refund at this point but I doubt that...
