I've been a customer of this location for several years. Every holiday, birthday and special occasion, I ask for a new item from here. I've always enjoyed collecting pieces. For Christmas this year I was gifted a new ring. It is very beautiful and completed my vintage circle collection. I wore the ring two days before I noticed it appeared to be off center. Sure enough, the middle was slightly bent upward. So today 12/29/21 (4 days after receiving & with a receipt dated less than 30 days from purchase) I go to this location to exchange it and was informed that I must have slept in it for it to bend and they would not honor an exchange. I explained this is not the case. I take my rings off the second I walk in my front door and put them in a jewelry tray. I take excellent care of all of my jewelry. So a manager (I guess, no nametag no introduction, young woman with a pointy nose and mousy blonde hair) comes over, I explain again what the issue is and she says to me while smirking that I had obviously slept in it and they would not exchange a damaged ring. I asked if it could be looked at or fixed and was told no. The ring was bought damaged. I 100% stand behind that and you just lost a very loyal customer. Not only that but I will still wear my damaged ring and when complimented, be sure to let them know how Pandora treats their customers.
Further more I asked for a corporate number and was told I could look it up but they're a franchise and don't answer corporate complaints. So if the manager on duty doesn't want to assist you, there's no one above her according to her. Definitely not the way to...
Read moreOrdered a charm bracelet from web site. It was too small to even be clasped on her wrist. hence it was not worn. the literature it came with said it can be replaced or returned at a store location. Took it to Pandora in Cordova mall. I have not been treated so poorly in a very long time.
The first thing was the door greeter that had to look me up and down to determine if I was suitable to enter the store. Then to the person that was "assigned" to "take care" of us as if she would rather be set on fire then to be bothered with a "return" no commission I assume. I explained the situation and Immediately she picked up the FLEXIBLE bracelet and informed me in quite the condescending tone that it was BENT, AND COULD NOT BE RETURNED!!!!!!!! But I'll do you a favor and go talk to my manager to see if there is anything we can do......so 30 seconds later the answer is still NO.
This is the return policy on the first hit when looking for it..... PANDORA stores are happy to exchange any items purchased from any PANDORA store. A valid proof of purchase must be present within 30 days of purchase and the items must be as new. Any items for exchange without a receipt may, at our discretion, be exchanged at the current price.
I guess they have no problem taking my hard earned money, but don't wanna stand behind their policy. I just hope returning it by mail won't have the same results and my girl won't have the jewelry she wanted. I only know I won't be doing any more business with these stuck up, mighty than thou , looking down the nose, people.

Read moreI just recently moved back to Pensacola. Therefore, I have not been to this location often. However, two weeks ago I dropped three bracelets off to be cleaned (I have a total of five, four chains and one bangle). I picked them up about three hours later. Upon picking them up I was shocked at the appearance. It did not appear that they had been cleaned. I asked the young man who was assisting me and he assured me they had been cleaned and polished. But in addition to the cleaning something else was off. I put the bracelets in my purse and decided to worry about it later. When I finally took them out to clean and polish myself I realized one of the bracelets was larger (longer) than the other. I know this sounds odd, but my bracelets were the same size. My family have simply added to them. This bracelet is entirely too big. Also, this was my very first Pandora bracelet. Therefore, all my others were based on the first one. I honestly don’t believe this bracelet is mine. The charms yes, the bracelet no. I am not sure what happened but between the failure to clean the bracelets and bracelet being larger than normal I would not leave anything at this store again.
