Update to previous review: do not rely on posted store hours. Friday evening, trying to get stuff for a project Saturday morning .. posted hours say open till 8, but doors are locked at quarter till... everyone wants to get home, I understand - but a closed store when it's supposed to be open doesn't sit well, and will leave a lasting impression on me.
Old review still stands: Typical Harbor Freight with lots of imported tools and accessories for sale. There is always a coupon here and everything is eventually discounted at some time. Keep your receipt for any warranty claims. They are often good about resolving part defects and broken tools. Parking can be tight and road access is busy at times. I went in on 08/07/24 to purchase a 9500 watt generator, they refused to sell me one even though 2 were available. They said it was because I wasn't in a truck. I had a large SUV to haul it in. I asked them to let me pay for it now and I would arrange for a friend with a truck to come get it. They said no. My in-laws are elderly and are without power due to a major storm. There health has been negatively affected due to the actions of the employees that refused to sell me a generator they had in stock. He abruptly said "well if you need to return any of this we need your phone number, it's company policy". I said "but I have the receipt".
