Overall horrible customer service!It was almost like this can't happen in a place like this.Thought I have to be on candid camera. To make a long story short as possible, my debit card wouldn't work.Wasnt declining just kept saying card not recognized.Cashier could have cared less she had a line of people behind me. She had an attitude from the start because she had to open a register and work. She had greasy dirty hair and looked really crummy she had a cold kept coughing and blowing your nose. I had to try a different card that I didn't want to because it was a credit card. And that did the same thing. So I tried several other cards and they all did the same thing. I asked her if she couldn't get somebody to come and help because it obviously was there machine. She said there was nobody to help about that time another lady walked up with keys around her neck and said something to her or ask her something she answered her and then said can you help me out with this. The lady said I'm off the clock. The cashier said oh Jesus Christ. I almost lost it about that time. This was a couple days before Christmas I was already under so much stress from shopping. So finally a man walked up took me to a different register and wrong up all my stuff and went back to the very first card and it worked. There was a lot of things that were 50% off. When I looked at my receipt and scene I was charged full price for something that was supposed to be 50% off I walked up to the customer service and waited and waited and waited and waited, finally I ask the cashier man across from me if he could get somebody to help me. LOL he said oh I'm sorry they're closed. I said excuse me I was overcharged and I need my money back. He helped and puffed and looked around and said just a minute I'll see if I can find somebody. In the meantime he rung up three more people before he got on his phone and called somebody. He told me somebody would be right with me. 20 minutes later a man comes up and tells me customer service closes at 10 I'm sorry. And I said well how my supposed to get my money back. He said well there's nobody here. I said excuse me I was overcharged I'm not leaving until I get my $10 back. He called somebody else then him and another guy went down to a register for about a half an hour and I'm not exaggerating and kept working on something finally he brought me my money and I left and my daughter walks up right before I walked away from customer service looking at her receipt. She said she was overcharged I bust out laughing I said I will give you the money we are not staying here any longer. We left and that is the last time I will ever go in the Sandusky...

The only nice people I seem to run into are the people that bag the groceries and the nice gentleman that stands at the front to watch everybody walk in and out kind of guarding the door. I was at register 14 checking out and the woman Patricia was very rude. She had a lot to say under her breath. She was rude to the guy in front of me and she was rude to me as well. For absolutely no reason we're just trying to work with her apparently she doesn't know how to work the machines it's not our fault. So I went to customer service at approximately 1:55 maybe around 1:53 and I told the older woman with the very very very very very very short pixie cut gray hair with glasses. I didn't want to make a scene because I'm not trying to embarrass people so I was trying to discreetly give a description of who I now know is Patricia according to my receipt. The woman at customer service was very very rude and said no no I need you to tell me who it is but the way she said it was very rude it's like she wanted to embarrass the other employee for whatever reason I don't really understand it. When I pointed out that the lady and customer service that she was being rude she then became nice & said no no & tried to expalin herself with no apology. I responded by saying what is wrong with this store because seriously what is everybody's problem here? Learn some respect. Every time I come into the store to doordash there are rude employees. This is why I will not come and spend my own money here at the store. Both employees need training on how to speak respectfully to other people. If you cannot speak respectively then you shouldn't be a cashier or be working in customer service you should be in the back stocking. The next time on a play has a root attitude with me and is trying to embarrass the people around them I will make a scene and I'm not going to stand for it next time. Also, open more than 2 lanes. Like wtf is wrong with yall? Making elderly people wait in a huge line when you could easily open one more lane....

Very dissapointed with the latest change. Meijers has stopped carrying ground chicken breast. Instead, now you carry just ground "chicken" . Which is what parts of the chicken?? and so much more fat and sodium, and with added "natural flavorings?" I know it sold because I bought it every week and the quantity was always going down and it was never on sale. So you are not servicing your customers. More and more you are switching out healthier options for less healthy ones. And you even charge the same price for the "ground chicken whatever" as you did for healthy ground chicken breast. I will have to stop shopping here and go elsewhere for healthier options. And your our boneless breast prices aren't better than others, if I have to go to the trouble of...
