Online states this location opens at 8am. I arrive at 8:21, prior to class for an aƧaĆ bowl & smoothie. Upon arrival I notice the chairs werenāt down & the open sign was off, however the inside lights were on. With this being my favorite smoothie place in town, I attempted to see if the doors were unlocked due to the fact establishments have been understaffed and maybe it was just one opening employee trying his/her best. I find it very asinine this location was not open 20 minutes after opening so I had to go elsewhere, while on a very limited because I have class to attend and this location was not open as it shouldāve been.

They close early all the time I get off work early sometimes and like to stop in there 10-15 minutes before closing hours and they will have their doors locked up and open sign still on. I am sick of the poor service and Iām tired of wasting my time driving over there for them to just be closed before their actual closing hours. A young woman, long brunette hair, college or high school age mustāve been having a horrible day because it was constant rolling of the eyes, slamming doors and slamming fruit on the counters. It also seemed like every mistake she did caused her to be upset. She is not a reflection of the store because I have had countless positive experiences with other employees.
