What to say about this grateful bagel I am actually somewhat speechless one of the worst dining experiences of my life came here with my mother-in-law and my husband they got all of our orders wrong and we waited an hour for our orders the cashier seem to not know how to do anything and was relying on his female coworker who had to do her job and his and he still took down all of our orders wrong. My mother-in-law ordered a bagel sandwich and so did my husband and I ordered one of their bon mi sandwiches my sandwich came inside out completely smothered and sauce and I couldn't even figure out how to eat it because all of the sauce was all over the entire bun One bun was rolled up with the toppings on top of it and the other bun just sat on the side it's like the sandwich was not even put together before rolled up it's like they threw everything in the paper and didn't assemble any of it and there was so much sauce it was inedible my husband asked for a blended white mocha and got a hot white manga I asked for a hot sesame latte and they gave me a blended sesame boba tea by the time we were given our food we were there for about an hour and didn't want to wait for them to remake everything and so we left and that never to return they need to hire capable order takers and they need to fire the Young kid that is at the cash register they can keep the girl who was cooking but they need to get her a capable coworker who can help support a team rather than Force One member to make all orders she even asked him for help at one point because they were backing up on orders and serving people out of order and he just stood there dazed and confused and you could tell that she was getting frustrated with him i honestly felt very bad for her because she was at least trying even while taking our order he asked us to repeat each order at least three times how he could ask us to repeat our orders three times and still get all of them wrong is beyond me!!!! I'm pretty easy going with restaurants because I figure if I'm eating out and not cooking it myself it's a convenience thing but this experience was so terrible that it's worth noting management needs to get more staff and stuff that are capable and do proper training I honestly felt like it was also unsanitary because they just were so oblivious to everything that they didn't know what...

What a wonderful little gem! Was taken here for a couple of brunches! If you order two drinks, you get the 3rd one for free! Just save your reciete and show them that you purchased two drinks and before we left the restaurant we had a free beverage for the road! They do honor it even if you don't take them the reciete. Never left then came back and tried it. I was hoping they would have a punch card feature for the free beverage. Still worth a stop! The Bahn Mi was great! A little to much pickled carrots, as I forgot to ask for light pickled carrots on the second round. Still...

I'm usually very picky about my eggs, but the eggs were cooked perfectly here. Not very many places can get the eggs right. Eggs are very difficult to cook, but they did a great job here.

My breakfast was absolutely phenomenal. 100x better than Starbucks. I loved every bit of it.

Bagel was SO fresh and delicious. All of the ingredients tasted fresh and perfect.

In fact, I forgot to eat my food for a whole half hour and it was still very hot!

I'm definitely coming back here more often for breakfast since I work...
