I don’t like leaving reviews but this was necessary. This place was really bad, like any other place that relies on its employees for any customer service. Employees these days are either just plain stupid or don’t care or lazy. I simply asked for a signature coffee flavor and asked if I could have 1/2 coffee and 1/2 chocolate ice cream instead of all coffee. You would thought I asked them for their first born for my generation or their cell phone for this youngster’s generation. She argued with me that this was not possible. I said really we can use a baboons heart to save a human life and you can’t substitute one flavor for another. She replied with an attitude not to mention the concept seemed impossible to her. I ended up just asking her to make me what I wanted. It came out to be the same signature dish with the substituted ice cream flavor for half the ice cream. It cost me a whopping 50 cents more. It seemed like a lot of negative discussion to get there. I also need to mention that after our negative exchange that she proceeded to give me maybe half the regular scoop of toppings. She sure showed me. The owner should fire the girl who was working at 3:30 on Tuesday 10/1/2024. Or at least give me my money back for the shorted toppings. I’m not sure who is training these kids or raising them but you should be ashamed. What happened to the reply of “let’s see what we can do. I’m sure we can get you what you need”. These kids and employees spend so much time being lazy and crummy employees instead of being part of the solution it’s beyond my comprehension how any of these places stay in business. More than once I received melted ice cream. Literally, when I walked out the door I noticed the mango sorbet was melted.... I felt bad going back and was also informed that replacing my melted ice cream was a 'one time thing.'
