I rarely leave reviews. This place is as horrible as the automated customer service of Comcast. They refused to try and help me telling me that I should call customer service. I then asked them to help me as I was an older man and to treat me like I was a family member in need of technical help. They spent 15 minutes telling me that they will not help me instead of just helping me. After begging them to please just call customer service on my behalf they escorted me out the store like I was a criminal. When I was outside, I was approached by two people that were in the store, who told me that they agreed with me that the representatives there were extremely rude and unprofessional , and all they cared about, was trying to sell product. It’s amazing to me that this store would even stay in business I would not recommend them. I would not go there if you are trying to get help. I would also question, with the way they treated me that any goods and services they provide or sell would be adequate and should be subject to review by the governing bodies. I do not trust them Once again, I asked them to help me as an elderly man who was having trouble with the customer service , and they escorted me out of the building Because I was not purchasing anything. Just horrible. Lastly, what ever happened to A service representative, helping any customer to try and solve a problem whether or not, they thought it was going to help.    Read moreThis business is very poorly operated! It’s manned by young bilingual Hispanic kids who are very inexperienced!! Upon arrival one sees several tall desks with employees scattered about ! I went to the back of the store and asked the young man if a line was formed he pointed to a sign in sheet at the front of the store I immediately signed in at 10:05 the store was very full of confused people the majority being Hispanic looking and lost !! I was dropping of new equipment that showed up on my porch I didn’t order!! After a lengthy wait I interrupted one young man and told him I needed to drop this equipment off he told me if I wanted a receipt it could be an hour I said just take it and give me your information he insisted I would receive an email confirming my drop off as my personal information was on the box it’s now 2 days later and no email!!    Read moreFasten your belts for this one! My 85 year old mom took herself into the Petaluma office to order services. Kimball there set everything up, including the appointment. He said there was a cancellation and gave my mom the date of 7/29 between 1 and 3. We waited and no show. Called the 800 number and was told her appointment is for 8/8 and was never 7/29. Went into the Petaluma store and spoke with the manager. She supposedly emailed the technician manager to get them to squeeze the appointment in ASAP. She also indicated the work order did say 7/29. She promised to call me back first thing in the morning on 7/30. Surprise, surprise...no call. Went back into Petaluma Comcast and the manager was not there. Person I spoke with called the manager and was told by the manager that I would get a phone call by the end of the day. Good thing I didn't hold my breath. Still waiting for that call.
