I can’t understand companies anymore. I read one response from the owner that they were trying to streamline the ordering process and ensure accuracy. How hard is it for the workers in the place to take a phone call order for pizza. But now our call goes from Petaluma all the way to the Philippines and someone who doesn’t know the menu or any specials or anything tries to take the order but English is not their first language and they have for 3 out of 4 of my orders wrong to the point of me having to pay extra money at the store. Is it really working?? I don’t think so. Maybe you could consider going back to the old days when the workers could take a pizza order. It’s not like the place is unbelievably clean now or the workers offer great service for the dine in customers. With less work to perform I believe that they actually have become less efficient with their time for the customers. Just an idea. And just so you know most people don’t take the time to complain like this as it’s just not really nice or efficient way to get results. But maybe instead of the scripted reply of sorry we are trying you might make some fundamental changes that might result in better...

It was brought to our table quickly — all was fresh, hot, perfect and its so rare to find young employees like those who served us! The young man at the counter was so courteous, friendly and efficient. Looking around I noticed everything was clean and the young lady was obviously such a great employee. As we were leaving I noticed that same young man who served us was busily prepping tables! This may seem over praising, but that type of service seems more and more rare. Read moreThe staff is amazing!!! :) Good people, great customer service, and a 100× warmer atmosphere than any other Roundtable I have ever been at. IMO. But the thing that keeps me as regular customer is by far the staff and how hard they really do work. I mean, I've been in there at 5-6pm and there is a line out the door and they still r able to get to everyone in a decent amount of time. Don't get me wrong, I have seen them messup orders, and not be able to get to everyone in an orderly fashion, at times.
