My husband and I found this great shop on our recent trip to Petoskey! The prices were great for quality shirts and hoodies that were easily $10 or more at shops around the corner.

The shop was busy but that didn’t stop Maya and Rhonda from taking the time to go the extra mile to make sure that we got the exact nautical wood carving that we wanted. They were so wonderful that we couldn’t help but tell everyone we came across to go and check out the store. We hope that the owners know how lucky they are to have the two of them as employees. Especially during this uncertain time and having to wear a mask for their entire shift and still have such a great and helpful attitude is priceless. I wish we could give them a raise, Maybe this review is read by the right person and Maya and Rhonda are recognized for making Momentum a great place to shop! Thank you...

Rhonda is the only gal in this shop that has customer service skills. She's phenomenal! My dad visited from Missouri and she was the utmost friendliest person we encountered amongst the shops. I returned a couple days later to purchase more shirts and a pullover BUT the 4 other ladies there continuously asked if I was finding everything okay. Don't be car lot sharks!!! I want to be able to look... you're only interrupting potential sales because customers get distracted and overlook things while paying attention to the SAME question 20 times later. The store is great. Very reasonable prices. There is just something that did not seem right. I called the store, to purchase something, and was told to use the website. When I explained that the item I was looking for is not on the website, the gal said that I would have to come into the store to get it I explained that I was on vacation and don't live near the store, and she said that she couldn't help, they don't ship from the store that why the website was started.
