It should be shared at the register that âseasonal itemsâ canât be returned before they are bought. Itâs absolutely ridiculous that a store that literally specializes in âseasonal itemsâ doesnât take them back with a receipt. I bought an ornament on 12/22, the same day that they now have a sign at the register that says items canât be returned past this day (which wasnât posted when I bought the item). Iâve never checked out with a non returnable item where it wasnât shared at the register for any store, aside from this one I guess. Why wasnât I told this as I was checking out? Why wasnât the item marked as nonreturnable? Horrible customer service and such a risky business practice in a shopping center where there are so many other stores you can buy from that will take items back if needed, take your business elsewhere as I will be from now on. My sister and our children walked in and from the moment we walked in we faced hostility from an elder lady working this morning on 9/16/25. We walked in wanting to look for holiday decor for interior but kept getting the dirtiest looks from the worker there. We werenât greeted but all the other YT people got a graceful good morning. She kept asking us what we wanted and why we were there. She was starring at my sister through the isles and I stared back letting her know I was catching on to what she was doing. She offered credit and I even was going to take part cash and part credit ,but she said she had to do one or the other, so I went with my cash. One day later I took my niece back and as we were checking out the owner was telling the girls about me and the incident.
