First of all, prepare for a pizza ordering experience like no other... in an awesome way. Pizzas come in 1 size only (11" personal) but with two different crust type options. Next comes the amazing part: you can put any base, any toppings, and any sauces they have on it and no matter what you put on it, it's going to cost the same. No more deciding which amazing toppings you want to go without because you don't want a $30 pizza. You make it your way for roughly $10 (FINALLY, pizza gods who understand what we need!). They go through it with you the whole way just like at subway... but obviously with pizza. The food is great, but the workers are exceptional. Very friendly, accommodating, and helpful regardless of the fact that they had a line out the door.. Our cheesy bread was forgotten (not a big deal. Especially considering the commotion). And all I was gonna do was ask for it to be refunded only after checking to make sure it wasn't still on its way. The crew went above and beyon to make it right. I didn't even have to wait for someone to pay attention to me, I was attended to the moment I walked up, even with the crowds of people. They offered to make it right then, or refund me, or give me credit for next time. After seeing the line, I didn't want to trouble them for a remake and just asked for credit. Instead, the guy I talked to gave me a coupon for a free pizza (higher value than cheese bread.) I was happy and went to sit down and eat. The next thing I know, a different staff member showed up at my table with a stack of free dessert cakes repeatedly apologizing for forgetting our cheese bread and wanting to make sure we were satisfied. How can you not be impressed with that kind of customer care in today's world? We will definitely be back and...
Read moreThe server that made our pizzas was really rude and clumsy and ruined our dine in experience. We are regular mod customers but it was our first time at this location and will not be returning. Firstly, she was not peasant to talk to and had this attitude going on. Then she threw away a pizza base or crust just because it had a crease in it. Talk about food wastage in today's world! And then she didn't ask us what we wanted and just assumed we wanted marinara sauce, which we didn't. So I had to abruptly stop her. Then she just dunped huge heaps of mozzarella which were not proportional to the pizza at all. We had to ask her to not put so much and then she picked it up and just dumped it back in the same box. Not to forget, when she put white sauce on our pizzas, she spilled it around everywhere. More food wastage. We were building our own pizza so instead of asking us one by one what we wanted, she just kept asking us at the same time and confusing the toppings of our pizza, and obviously not listening to what we were asking for and we had to repeat ourselves several times. And the pizzas didn't even come out tasting that great. We were really disappointed with...
Read moreMOD is an amazing company, amazing food and deserves to excel at this new location. I am never disappointed by the food. With that being said... you need to rethink your staff. The closing staff around 9:55pm on May 1st are ATROCIOUS!. The young lady (possibly Spanish or Jewish) and a large African American boy were the only 2 that acted professionally, focused on the customers and kept their internal chatting for after the customers moved away from the counter. The two African American girls (one with a puffy bun hairstyle and the other with a boy fade), and an African American boy (with braids or dreds) were LOUD, yelling, laughing so loud it echoed in the building, arguing while customers are in the store, clowning around. Engaging others in the foolishness. I'm all for a fun work environment and enjoying fun.... but it was very unprofessional. And as a MOD lover but my first time at this location I have to say the staff would make me not want to come back. It would behoove you to find better staff or train them better. Just a suggestion from someone who wants to see MOD excel...
