This is an extended true honest review from a happy current Avira resident. l've been living here for over a year (my first leasing was a studio and after it ended I renewed it and moved to a 1 Bedroom) I wanted to complete my first year to post here. These are the reasons why I choose and renewed with Avira: New building: I toured many buildings on the area and for me this one has the best amenities and style, apartments are spacious and the best part is that everything is brand new, others buildings looked old and spaces were smaller. Safety: I was new in the city and the country so l was looking for a place I could feel safe; I feel that way on this building, just residents can access into it and the access is also restricted just to your floor. Location: is perfect, you're right next to Center city but away from the chaos. The views are stunning, best sunsets and sunrises! Amenities: When I was deciding to renew my lease a crucial point I considered was the complementary activities I have here. They offer weekly yoga clases (love that it's outdoor during summer) and every month they organized different events like happy hours, demos, workshops, art night therapy, book club, aquafitness, etc, ohh and outdoor movies during summer! Those events are always great and different. Community: The monthly events allows you to connect with your neighbors, this is my favorite part, I've made so many good friends here, there's is a lot of students but also so many professionals (I'm on this side) with different backgrounds and origens. Staff: Everyone is so friendly, I leave/back to the building always with a smile and a "good morning", "hope you have/had a good day/night/trip". Front door, maintenance and management people are awesome and super helpful... Have to say that I didn't have the best experience during my first leasing process, the person was super rude and getting clear information was hard, I just leased here because fell in love with the building. The good thing is all changed for my renewal, that person doesn't work for the building anymore and the leasing team that took care of my renewal were super awesome and compensated the first bad impresion I had one year ago. Summary: 100% recommended

Have been living here for over a year, and the experience has been all around top notch. Amenities and common areas are well kept (everything looks brand new and spotless still), building maintenance is extremely responsive (all the requests we've filed so far were addressed with both abundant communication and extreme urgency), front desk personnel are very reliable and a pleasure to interact with (for example, taking the pain to call you on food delivery). Our unit's floor layout is clearly well thought out with extremely smart utilization of available carpet area, and the interior finish and appliances are high quality and have held up well. Reasonably priced onsite garage parking is available, and there are also street parking spots in front that are usually available (convenient for visitors to park in). The location itself is fantastic, just minutes away from the 30th street train and nearby bus / subway / tram stops, and amazing views all around (we love the views of the city and surroundings from our apartment and also the amenity...
