It really depends when you visit / go outside to take a break before catching a train. DO NOT go early am or after like 9pm . There are homeless people there, needles, trash everywhere. They sleep on the bunches, in the astroturf next ti flowers, and on swings . It's really disgusting first thing in morning ( this / pics are from 730 am on a Monday ) . Daytime they do clean it,and I guess move along the homeless so does look nice ( but I'd bring some sanitizer/ wipes to wipe things down). Overall as said it's nice besides the homeless destroying it .

If you have a 22-minute train layover like I do when I take the Pennsylvania 43 that runs from NYC to Pittsburgh, grab lunch from Pret and eat in the sunshine on a table at The Porch. It’s a pleasant space to get fresh air and take a break from your stuffy train car. There are flowers blooming, people chatting and swinging, and even an attendant spraying and wiping down tables. Rest for a minute - just keep an eye on your clock…

Great open space during summer days and very busy during the days! Nice place to have coffee and chitchat. However, it gets dirtier time to time as city usually doesn’t clean it frequently. Sometimes they have Mexican and cookie food trucks. Great time early morning and late evening time as you can see many birds and less crowd.

I despise nothing more than when someone closes before the hours posted. If your posted hours say 10am and I arrive a couple minutes before I shouldnt be turned away like I was this morning because the person decided to clean up and just stand inside. I literally rushed here to make sure I had something to eat and now I...
