I walked right in and walked right out. I intended to buy some green cupcakes today for the holiday. The bakery section smells weird, and they had nothing in season at all! They literally are still selling fall themed and Halloween decorated cupcakes, with a few Christmas cupcakes sprinkled in, and nothing that is recent. How can they even be allowed to do this? Also, they do not have a good selection of cookies and their cookies are overpriced, which I guess is somewhat on par for Taxadelphia with their sugar tax. 🙄🙄🙄 Their bathrooms were not clean either, even though I got here at opening time. My experience here angered me and was a total waste of my time. Overall this store sucks and I am never coming back.

The Market no longer provides Western Union money transfer or pickup services yet it advises this service on its website, Google page and on store signs outside. This is misleading.

Good store, although the bakery is really small. Good selection and prices otherwise.

It is soooo great to have a supermarket back in the neighborhood! First - WOW - THE FISH DEPARTMENT!!! The fish monger will special order the type of fish you want in the size you want and prepare it the way you want and do a great job. I have bought whole 8-10 lb. salmon, cleaned, scaled, boned, and butterflied PLUS head/tail/bones in a separate bag for $50 something. This is a THIRD of the price you'll pay in Chestnut Hill. I have also gotten excellent produce here, plus they regularly have things such as purple sweet potatoes that are unusual in other nearby supermarkets. They stock Xochitl chips and Tate's cookies, both regular and gluten free, not to mention all kinds of interesting dumplings and other Asian, Caribbean, Sotluth American, and other ethnic foods. Love this place. Think they've also applied for a beer/wine license. Prices seem competitive with other local supermarkets and I've gotten great sales on Scot brand TP....

They sell expired products & beware of the meat!!! I recently shopped there for a few things because I couldn't get to my regular market & this place sucked. First off when you walk in it smells like something went rotten. I purchased a few packs of meat including some chicken tenders & when I opened the package to cook it that night it was stinking like it was bad. I threw it in the trash😔I also purchased a few Fage Peach Greek yogurts & didn't realize they expired in February & this is April. So I wasted almost $20 throwing food in the trash. I will never revisit this market again & I will not recommend it to anyone. Food is to expensive to just be throwing it away & even though the date on the meat isn't expired the meat was still bad. I would of been better off going to Save a lot instead😏this is the worst market in our neighborhood in my opinion. I'm only giving it one star because I can't give it no stars, that's what it...
