Breakfast at this location is better than dinnertime. This place is false advertisement of their drive thru menu at the location. They try to swindle money out of you. They did it to me twice last night. 9pm, I ordered a #10 which is advertised as a small combo on the menu board after waiting two minutes for the cashier to acknowledge me. I also ordered a zesty sauce for which they charged me $.15 for. I was told by her that after 9pm they only often medium and large combos...???... excuse me!?! That is not what it says on this menu board. I was hungry after an ordeal I went thru earlier and just told her ok because I had my mouth set on what I ordered. When I get to the pickup window, another car pulled up to the menu board and they must have ordered a small as well because the African-American manager told her to tell them apparently what she told me: we only have medium and large combos... Mind you, nowhere on the menu board does it say after 9pm that is what they offer...I give the girl my money, takes her quite some time to count the change, she gives me my change and says she had no pennies...so now, I'm also shorted 3 cents! (Principle of the matter as well because she should've rounded up to the nickel). I was hungry and tired and just says to myself I will deal with the manager of the store in the morning. When she handed me my food, I had to remind her to put my $.15 sauce in the bag... SMH... Her response was oh I forgot😒... The experience was the worst and I don't appreciate trying to be swindled. I left my receipt home and tried to call using the number at work on my lunch break that they have listed here on Google and what do you know... It's a fax machine... Ridiculous, this restaurant is. Read moreI have had the unfortunate experience of visiting this Burger King multiple times, and each visit has been nothing short of a disaster. No matter what time of day I stop by, the service is consistently abysmal.
During a recent afternoon visit with my family, we waited an unreasonable amount of time for our food, only to find that our order was either prepared incorrectly or missing items altogether. It’s frustrating to see a fast-food restaurant struggle with basic order accuracy and efficiency. The front-end staff seem to have no concept of customer service; they consistently display nasty attitudes that make you feel unwelcome from the moment you walk in.
Things got even worse during a late-night visit after work. I watched in horror as the manager prepared my fish sandwich with his bare hands, right in front of the drive-thru window. When I expressed my concerns about the hygiene of this practice, the manager brushed me off, insisting that he had washed his hands. Frankly, that’s not the point. The sheer disregard for food safety is appalling, and I was left feeling disgusted by the thought of eating something prepared in such a manner.
I was able to get a refund, but the experience left a lasting impression. Making food with bare hands in a fast-food environment is simply unacceptable. This Burger King clearly needs serious intervention in both management and staff training. If you value your health and your time, I highly recommend avoiding this location altogether. Read moreThe absolute worst customer service. It is clear that the employees are working with no sense of urgency, respect of time in drive thru and at the window. There were 4 cars that backed up and went elsewhere for their purchase. Ist there is no acknowledgement at the monitor that they will be right with-- after two cars received their orders and one remaining car at the window i was advised to continue reviewing the menu and that he would be right with me. Okay, a little set back by that but I continue with order. Arrived at window, he is playing around with staff fully engaged in conversation. He comes back to the window fills a soda for himself then checks his phone to review and responds at length to a text message. After completing text he looks out the window and goes to obtain my sandwich. Still playing around and open the door to pass me my order where he politely stated for me to enjoy. This was entirely too long for drive thru and the team structure is not sensitive to their role in making each experience feel welcomed to return.
