Horrible. I came in to repair a single broken nail and they made everything worse. They used an acrylic tip that didn't match my other nails, (they used those old, yellowish curved ones when my original acrylics were done with those clear, straight/flat ones) even though I pointed out to them. She either didn't understand me or ignored me. Then the lady spent all this time reshaping the one replacement nail to look nothing like my other nails. So I had one nail that was square while all my other nails were coffin. I had to point this out over and over and essentially argue with her about how the one replacement nail looked nothing like the others. Her solution? To MAKE ALL MY NAILS SQUARE! Which obviously isn't what I wanted! When I asked her to stop re-shaping all my other nails and just focus on making the one replacement nail match the others, she gave up and another tech took over. She tried to salvage the situation, but the damage was already done. I then got a color change because they couldn't find a color that match the original color I'd gotten on the rest of my nails. Fine, that's no biggie. But as she starts, it's so obvious that the gel polish is old and gross. She's painting my nails and it's coming out gunky and bubbly and not smooth at all. When my nails were finally done, they were totally misshapen and the gel polish was all bumpy with bubbles and gunk inside it. I went in to replace ONE broken nail and came out with all 10 fingers looking misshapen, bumpy and gross. It's so frustrating. I can't believe I spent money on that. You've...
Read moreI gave this place two tries because they're cheap and are open on Mondays. the first time I went, i got acrylic with swirl design and they messed it up so bad, but I didn't say anything because the tech was on the older side and i felt bad. this second time, I went for refill acrylic with black French tip with coffin shape. the tech kept rounding out the nails and I told her several times I wanted them sharp, not blunt. she ignored my several requests to sharpen the nails. she also cut me with her file and dremel several times, and when I flinched my hand back in pain, she grabbed me and stared at me like it was my fault I was getting cut. the base coat color application was also so sloppy, you can see streaks. it should never be like that. lastly, to top it off, she made the french tips so thick and fixed it only after I told her I liked them on the thinner side. I asked if she could fix the one finger she made it super thick on, and she told me no and that it wasn't thick. why are you telling a paying client that they're wrong? I'm paying for nails that I want, not what you...
Read moreThe first time was great, but my second visit was with a different eyebrow tech. First, she put the extremely hot wax on my skin without letting it cool a little bit, and then she was roughly plucking my eyebrows to the point of giving me eye pain. She pressed down really hard over my occipital blood vessel as if she was trying to cause me significant pain in my eye. She seemed annoyed when she saw what color of client I was. She didn't do anything I asked. Made my eyebrows look like 2 lines on my face. And when I was done and I was paying, she avoided eye contact while I was paying, which basically tells me she was, in fact, deliberately trying to inflict pain on my eyes. I was really hoping for the amazing first experience I had the first time, especially since it's my birthday and I wanted to look nice for an outing. This was traumatizing and very triggering for me. I am still in pain hours later. Absolutely disgusting how someone will treat you simply because they think they can. I am not going back. POC don't go there please if you don't want to get the...
