Rating the basement venue where concerts are held. I wish I could like this venue bc it seems to be iconic for punk shows, but this is my least favorite venue. No show lighting and no air conditioning. We were all sweating and breathing is uncomfortable. Weak ceiling fans and one is completely broken. The sound cut out multiple times during the show. There's also no bar obviously, but that's okay—it is nice that the venue is BYOB. Bathrooms are well kept. Parking is difficult if you're figuring it out for the first time. I would not recommend having a...

I moved to The Philadelphia Ethical Society, several blocks, also non-theistic, whose motto is "Deed, not creed." I left them for a neighborhood meal outreach for the needy, they sell the religion and give the food away, accepting my good intentions and ignorin...
