Heads and Tails is the only place I’ll go for waxing, period. Jenne and Dana, the fabulous owners, have created a boutique that delivers on both skill and service. I see Jenne for waxing, and she truly has an artist’s eye. My brows are always flawless, and for those who know, a good Brazilian takes expertise and trust, this is the place. They’ve added thoughtful touches that make even the most sensitive services feel more comfortable and easy.

I’ve also had blowouts and keratin treatments with Dana, who brings that same skill and professionalism to hair services. Both women are not only talented, but genuinely attentive and kind.

My last brazilian was at a very popular, Rittenhouse spa. I assumed that going there would ensure a great experience (well, as great as possible given the service). It was my first, and everyone warned me about the pain I'd feel, it was pretty bad. They used soft strips and hot wax, and it felt like the longest thing I'd ever endured. Let's just say when I was due for my next, I did some research and was brought to Heads & Tails.

I can't say enough about this spot...beautiful, bright & spotless! Amazing products (hard blue wax), Phyto and Oribe (both not easy to find). The owner, who did my wax, was an absolute doll. I wanted to hug her when I was finished remembering my last service at another spa- thank god I tried again and found them! If you're getting your first or 40th- head to Jenne and her personally trained staff, you won't continue...

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Heads and Tails. This was my very first Brazilian wax. My technician Dana was the absolute best👌🏾 .I felt comfortable almost immediately. The establishment was so clean and staff was was pleasant and welcoming. Dana was so friendly and professional ..She explained everything she did and made me feel at ease all the way through.
