Medical Tower Pharmacy — Local services in Philadelphia

This is the first review I have ever given on the internet and the Medical Tower Pharmacy is just so awesome that I decided people needed to know! Everyone who works there, between the guys behind the pharmacy counter and the workers at the register, are friendly and helpful. To the point that I've seen one of the men behind the counter ran out to get a prescription from someone in a car because they couldn't make it inside for whatever reason. They've notified me of coupons/deals to save significant money on some expensive prescriptions I came in with. They're really knowledgable about medications and interactions when I've asked about it. And they are also soft-spoken (i.e. discreet) and incredibly prompt in filling their prescriptions. They have a wide variety of items in their general shop - especially given how small of a space it is. They also had a weirdly specific medication I needed that I (no joke) couldn't find at 8 different pharmacies - including all your major go-to's (cvs, walgreens, rite aid, etc). Pretty much, I ended up at the Medical Tower out of last ditch desperation - but...

I don't usually write reviews but this pharmacy has such good service that I felt obligated to write a review.

Its the only pharmacy I've ever been to that ALWAYS has my needed prescriptions in stock, and, the customer service far exceeds any of the major brand pharmacies and even the smaller pharmacies. They have an excellent website and text message system for prescription refills, saving me the trouble of having to call my prescribing doctor to get a medicine refilled.

Lastly, they always automatically apply any coupons or discounts from the manufacturers, even when I was unaware that a discount was possible.

Long story short, the benefits from their prices, customer service and feasibility of refilling prescriptions far exceeds any pharmacy I have ever been to. 10...

This is the best pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! The pharmacist is so kind, attentive, and superb at his job. I was very distressed because a big-name pharmacy had kept messing up my prescription order and I was experiencing withdrawal— Dan the pharmacist was able to order the medication for me right away and he had it in stock for me the next morning to come pick up…he even called me at the end of the day to let me know he had placed the order for me even though my script hadn’t come in yet. I will never go anywhere else for a prescription as long as I am in Philadelphia, I truly had the most seamless, wonderful experience at this pharmacy and with this pharmacist. I cannot...
