I spent over a year getting full body treatments spending several thousands of dollars. The staff was a revolving door as was the broken equipment which are both symptoms of the poor management running this place. The techs were incredibly nice but clearly underpaid and overworked. It was overwhelmingly apparent the owner is disconnected from this business. After multiple attempts to speak with management about the failed laser treatments and ipl treatments caused by broken equipment, I was met with the lowest levels of customer service and professionalism. This company offers lower pricing than most places in the area but you will need double the amount of treatments because the equipment is rarely on the correct setting or in proper working order. If/when things go wrong or you have concerns the owner and management will be too busy to be bothered to speak with you. Anyone working at the āhome officeā is is desperate need of customer service training and will immediately become defensive and argumentative. Itās clearly a turn and burn Groupon style operation with little value placed on customer satisfaction but rather just herding people in and out. I placed an order for Latisse almost a week ago on their website and had not received the usual phone call I get confirming that I don't have any medical/eye issues, so that they could ship it to me. Well, it's been almost a week and I had still not received a phone call. So I called them just now and the girl who answered had the worst attitude over the phone, like I was causing her an inconvenience to even bother calling to check up on my order. She said she could not locate my order, put me on hold, then said she found it and that my card had not gone through. They had some random phone number for me that I have never even had before and said they could not get a hold of me. Maybe try the cell phone number I put on the online form? The injector told me I needed to treat two areas of my face to receive the results I was looking for, I made an appointment and returned a week later. I paid 2200 and received ZERO results. I returned a week later and was told that I didn't need to get both areas treated, that it was not necessary. Then why was I told I needed to treat two areas??? I was told there was results. I look at my face every day. There was ZERO results. I requested multiple times to have the owners email address. They keep saying they were sending it but I never received it. Finally they told me to email the spa and to address it to the owner. The owner did not respond. I would never go back here and risk not getting the treatment I paid for.
