JFK Medical Center — Local services in Philadelphia

I've been coming to the clinic for a long time, and finally I can say "I'm happy". I want to speak on two doctors and some staff. One: Dr Mohan, I love this man, for his patience and caring. I one of those people that when I'm hurting I don't want to hear no s..t. Dr Mohan knows me, took care of me and forgave me. Mostly I adore him for his attitude for not giving up until he has helped you. Really I don't want to say anymore cause then everyone will come running! For Dr Rossman, I spoke on him before. Please if you have an appointment with him...keep it. Believe you me, you'll thank yourself. Love him also. He'll give you all the time needed to see what you need. There is a worker at the front, that acted like she didn't want to be there. Very nice looking young lady, but that attitude made her look right damn ugly. Now with joy in my heart I must say she is a delight and looking beautiful. Takes care of business quickly and business like. Thank you Ms Lady for the change, we come down there hurting so the smiles on faces makes it less painful. Thank you! Last but by noooooo way least is Ms Brenda M. The wait is ridiculous and the staff is lazy and unprofessional. When to see the walkin today watched her walk around as usual doing nothing for 20 plus minutes. Then at 2pm doesn't say anthing and walks away for lunch after we were waiting. She has been useless and lazy since she worked at heath center #5 she should be fired demoted...

Yes the wait can be lengthy at times but overall i am pleased with the service that i get. Mr. Banton is the best PCP that ive ever encountered. He cares for my well being and explains in detail the cause and effect of things pertaining to a diagnosis...
