This place is appointment only, which would be fine if they literally ever answered their phone. I left them two voicemails and called numerous times to try to schedule an appointment for me and my bridesmaids to get our nails done the day before my wedding. I never heard back and no one ever picked up the phone, so I ended up using Chestnut Nails, and they were great! Clearly this place does not have decent customer service or the consideration to call...

Mimi is the absolute BEST. She perfects any nail design I come in with, and also has fun ideas of her own when I need some inspiration. I keep my nails pretty short and always get a gel manicure.
