Worst Target I’ve ever been to by far. I left my keys in a shopping cart on Friday 8/2 - I called the store about an hour later when I realized it and spoke with someone who DESCRIBED THE KEYS TO ME! I said great, I’ll be by to pick them up. On Monday - I arrive at the Target, I had to wait 15 mins at customer service for assistance - they looked in their “lost and found bin” and my keys were not there, nor were they logged into the “lost and found book” so i look like a crazy person bc “there’s no record that it was found.” The person I spoke with on the phone at 8:05pm on Friday didn’t ask my name or phone number like their protocol states they should, nor did she provide me with a name. I asked Everette and Rosa to locate the person I spoke with - and they refused bc “so many people worked on Friday, the store was ‘super busy,’ and ‘anybody could answer the phone.’” I think it’s as simple as narrowing down who was on the schedule and asking those people. But apparently that’s too much for them. Rosa took my contact information and said that “asset protection” will contact me, but I haven’t gotten a call so I called. Someone answered (did not state their name), and told me to hold on when I asked for a manager or someone from the asset protection team, then HE HUNG UP ON ME ! I called back over 10 times and the phone just rang. They have the worst customer service ever, especially in the northern liberties area.

Being the best Target in Philly is like making the best vegan cheesesteak, it's good but what are you really comparing it to? There is still no furniture at this location and they seem to have trouble keeping inventory in stock. The building itself is huge. They could stick twice as many SKUs as they appear to. The highlight are definitely the grocery section and the clothing sections, which were both large but very picked through. I came here to buy a gym bag and bike helmet and found neither. I was also looking to but their famous Favorite Day low call, high protein Cookie Dough ice cream but they were completely out. It was a disppointing trip but this Target definitely has potential. They have plenty fo parking and a fairly accessible location (by car). If you are in Philly and NEED to go to Target, this is the one to hit. I have been to every location in town and I will try to go here whenever possible. I would tell you to stop by, but it's a Target. You'll come..

Although this place is probably nice to shop at in the day, I would definitely recommend not shopping here at night. The architecture and layout of the store was very nice, but sadly there are some people who ruin the environment here for everyone. There was someone walking around and lying at the outside of the store, and they were screaming for no apparent reason towards the sky. When we walked in the store, there were at least two theft alarms going off in different places in the store, but none of the workers or security guards were doing anything about it. I definitely didn’t feel safe in the store, especially since there were people who were acting shady in there. Overall, I definitely wouldn’t recommend going here at night.

There are not too many helpful employees at this Target, besides a guy named Raheem! They give attitudes if you ask for help. It seems like they don’t want to work. It’s very weird and makes me not want to patronize the store. This Target doesn’t have the same Vibe as Springfield, Coffman Avenue or Abington, but reminds me very much of the location on Monument Road. There’s also an African American police officer, that for some reason, seemed to follow me around as I shopped there. Notice I said “Shop” not “Steal”! In no way have I given the impression that I was a thief! So it’s very offense to have an officer strategically standing somewhere watching me, from the time that I walk in, I ‘d look up and he was standing at the top of the aisle watching me. I’d go to another department and there he was again and again… until the time that I got into the checkout line. He then stood there and watched as I scanned my items. He didn’t look at the two other customers nearby, he stayed focused on me. And to my surprise, he suddenly ended up standing in the doorway as I was leaving the store. Perhaps he thought alarms were going to be activated from all of the items that I PAID FOR! Maybe he wanted to help me load my bags into the car… no that wasn’t it! After I got into the vehicle, as the Lyft driver was about to pull off, I noticed the idiot cop came outside and was looking at the license plate of the car . What a jerk! This should’ve never happened! He went too far! As much as I love Target, I don’t come to to be a “Target” or to...

Poor service. Returned a lamp purchased same day and wanted to purchase the same lamp online while in-store as the lamp was no longer available at that location. Was told, he couldn't do the online purchase as he didn't have the right device handy for the purchase. Needless to say had to ask him if he can get the right device. Proceeded to do the online purchase, added my shipping info, provided my target red card for the purchase. Great! No, I asked if I can have a receipt or order number for tracking. Was told, an email confirmation would be sent to the address provided. Checked my email. No emai confirmation. The person at the returns counter called someone who advised I wait a couple hours as the email order confirmation if done in-store may take awhile. Went home without an order number or receipt. Absolutely no verification the order was placed. Barbie or Birdie the rep said she'd remember my face and issue if I have to come back in. Okay, called Target around after a couple hours. You guessed it, there was no order under the email address or phone number in used in-store. Target also could not verify the.purchase on my Red card. It was never processed. This is not the first bad customer experience with this store. They definitely need more training. The store is convenient, but,...
