I recently travel to this business to get a price quote for the purchase of an electric heat pump water heater. I was told by one of the employees that the company wouldn't be able to sell me one because they're prohibited by EPA to sell that type of water heater to the public unless the person is a licensed plumber. Before I went to APR supply I went to other plumbing supply stores, Lowe's, and home Depot and non of them stated anything about EPA regulation. They all gave me price quotes and were willing to sell me the heat pump. You can walk into the stores pay and take home the heat pump. The cost of a heat pump water heater runs from 1500 and higher. I was going to purchase the product no matter the cost. I guess APR doesn't want my business. What was told to me didn't...
