Task Up - Philadelphia Coworking, Virtual Office, Conference, Meeting, Office & Event Space — Local services in Philadelphia

I was a member here for about a year. The staff is amazing and will go above and beyond for you, even if you are a short term user. Many options available for desk space and time (annual, monthly, daily, I think even by the hour). Multiple unique conference spaces, a variety of desk locations available, and private offices (if they’re not all taken by now). Amenities are wonderful, corner view of liberty place, accessories available at the desk. Coffee, tea, water available with a small kitchen including fridge, freezer, and microwave. Cheapest parking lot is on Sansone between 20th and 21st ($14 daily), but I usually used street parking ($2.50 -$3 per hour). It’s in Rittenhouse Square so food options are unlimited. Currently (winter 2019) not too full and usually quiet, private phone both also available. It is a small space, only one floor (2nd) of a small building. There is no elevator that I know of so may not be wheelchair accessible. Front door has security code when desk attendance isn’t in, but typically it’s unlocked 9-4 weekdays. As far as shared office space goes, I’d strongly recommend visiting Task Up.

TL,DR: great small shared work space with a variety of desk space in a nice area of center city....

Four stars, solid. First, the good: 1) Steve, the host was attentive and helpful. 2) The conference room was clean and had what we needed for a business meeting. 3) Pricing for these spaces is very competitive for the area. 4) Location to downtown and to other restaurants is stellar.

The bad: 1) Super noisy. The room we were in was on a very busy intersection and between the sirens, garbage trucks, school children, and honking at the intersection, it was hard to get in five minutes straight of "no noise". 2) Bathrooms. They are not so quiet. They are right off the "lobby" area and so if you are sitting in the lobby you can hear more than you want to hear of what's going on in the bathrooms...

Visited here with my team for the day, and it was fantastic! The space itself is spacious and offers lots of convient options. We used one of the several meeting rooms, and my only complaint was that it wasn't completely sealed off from the rest of the space, so you could hear other people talking while you were in the room. The staff were extremely friendly and accomdating for our needs, which made the whole experience great. I'll definitely be back if I need a coworking space...
