I noticed this salon was in my neighborhood and that i should give them a try. I purchased a living social voucher to get a Brazilian wax and i tried multiple times to make an appointment with the salon. I left a voice message and also waited on the phone line for 15 minutes. The staff here is rude and not helpful. I told the woman who picked up the phone how i been trying to make an appointment and she not only brushed me off but was not nice. She told me i should probably call living social back and try to get my money back. How unprofessional and rude!!! All i wanted to do was be a new potential customer to this salon but honestly i would rather go back to the spa i usually go to. I guess they dont like new potential customers. This salon will not last in nolibs, and living social should not sell vouchers for this business, as this business does not know how to handle their vouchers or their customers. Service Correction: Interlocking of micro locs (nothing dreadful about them)

My stylist is Ashley and she is absolutely the truth! I followed her from another salon and I come up to have her do my hair when I live in Maryland. Ashley is professional. She cares about my hair (and me!). She's always educating me about how I should properly take care of my hair and she also now has her own product line. I opted for her Cashmir oil and days later my hair STILL smells and feels so good! My oldest daughter came with me and wanted the Kiss Me/Hug My Neck oil, so we bought that one. I used it on my youngest daughter and it was amazing! I've never seen her scalp drink oil the way it did with Ashley's oil. Her hair looks great, her scalp is soothed, and she smells so good!!
