I used to buy pork ribs at AsianFresh every weekend. They have a polite and professional young gentleman working at the butcher section. This employee had been diligent in providing excellent service, cutting ribs precisely to customers’ liking, and maintaining a welcoming demeanor.
This weekend, I went to the store as per my usual routine, and the polite young man was about to assist me in cutting the ribs. However, another staff member, a middle-aged man, also working in the butcher section, abruptly and rudely interfered. He raised his voice at his colleague for cutting ribs for customers, and then turned to talk impolitely to my friend and me that "WE NEVER CUT RIBS FOR CUSTOMERS."
This proclamation was not only shocking but also contrary to the service I have consistently received at your store. My friend and I left without purchasing it at AsianFresh and ordered online from another provider instead. We don’t think we would ever visit AsianFresh every weekend again.
If your staff is unwilling and unable to perform basic duties, what’s the point to go to a butcher shop in person? Businesses hire new staff to enhance service quality, but AsianFresh is hiring elder individuals who bully young workers for providing good service to customers. Please take this seriously and stop hiring rude, unprofessional workers.

If you're tired of brushing against other shoppers at Heng Fa supermarket then this is the place to shop. The old gentleman working upstairs in the aisles are very helpful, just show them what you need on your phone and they will locate it for you.
