I love this studio! I am a black tag member and went to the free community class last Sunday.. It’s not jam packed and it’s such a great setting (sunlight hits the studio windows just right in the afternoon). It was 110° outside and the sculpt workouts are high intensity, cardio, weights, balance, and exercises And the instructor cranked up the heat to the point to where I had heat exhaustion. Read moreI have attended several studios - the sculpt specifically - and usually it's very enjoyable. The music was incredibly loud - something you would expect in a spinning class. You couldn't hear yourself think and it was difficult to focus on the movements. Also, you couldn't hear the instruction - many had to pause and look around to figure out what was next.
