I didn’t even got to experience Kalologie at all because of the HORRIBLE customer service I experienced the moment I walked in. I had called ahead to make an appointment for a hydra facial and a massage. When making the apt the person on the phone said oh we’ll do your massage first and then the hydra facial and I explained that I actually preferred it the other way around. She said that’s fine and told me we’d do the hydra facial at 11 and massage at 12. I showed up for my apt at 11 and was told I’d be ready to be seen for my massage in a minute. I then said oh I told the person I spoke to yesterday that I preferred it the other way around. She then tried to explain to me that they do the hydra facials after the massage so you don’t rub your face in afterwards. I said that makes sense but I’ve gotten quite a few hydrafacials already and this is the way I like it done that’s why I specifically asked for that when making the apt. I was then told that I should have told her (she was the same person I spoke to on the phone) that this wasn’t my first hydrafacial. I said well no one asked. If that was important information to you then you should have asked. She then informed me that she was the owner and the one I had been speaking with to make the apt. She told me if I had a problem with it then I should leave. So I did. I got up and put down the forms she had handed to me and said you’re right I don’t want to give any money to this business anyways and on my way out she said good all of us here are really glad you made that decision.

I cannot fathom the unprofessionalism and rudeness I experienced from this woman who lost out on over $600 as I was going to be purchasing a package of 6 hydra facials and a massage. Luckily I did a quick google search and got in contact with new serenity spa and had a fabulous experience over there right away and was able to pay less. I can not recommend them more, but if you’re smart do not waste your time or money...

I know this is a long review but I have to share my experience in case there are other people like me.....My best friend and I went to Kalologie with a groupon not really knowing what to expect.... I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AND VERY IMPRESSED!!!! Every employee was courteous and respectful and so knowledgeable! Answered all of my questions with ease. I walked out of there feeling like a new woman!!! My massage with Janelle was AMAZING and then just when i thought it couldnt get any better..... it was time for my facial with Jazmyn. I suffer from adult acne and it always hits my confidence the hardest (honestly, what confidence?) But my esthetician was phenomenal. She told me exactly what I needed without applying any pressure to buy stuff i dont need or make me feel stupid for not using the wrong products prior. I walked in to her "office" a scared little girl that would be more comfortable walking around with a bag on her face and walked out feeling rejuvenated, hopeful and even though i was a tiny bit red (i wanted an upgraded deeper treatment), i felt beautiful for the first time in a looooong time. She spent the whole time being positive, never rushed me and listened to how acne has truly effected my life and self esteem with the upmost compassion. I never felt judged by her. I even cried a little because of the wieghted burden she lifted from my shoulders...I finally had a plan of action against my ancne curse. The facial was amazing ofcourse but nothing compares to the compassion she showed me and knowledge I left with. I will NEVER go anywhere else.... I am a kalologie 360 diehard fan for life. This review is easy for me to give. Anyone struggling with pain, stress or skin problems should come here. Even the owner is an absolute sweetheart!!!!! Thank you ladies. First time in there today. I visited with a Groupon.

The staff are really friendly, welcoming and upbeat. I felt excited to be there. The place is clean organized and inviting. I loved the room I was in for my facial. The temperature was just right and the lighting perfect. I even enjoyed more the music playing. My esthetician had a welcoming personality, you instantly feel comfortable. She was really gentle with my skin and didn’t have any bruising as I have had before. I love they include the hand, arm and neck massage. I definitely felt pampered and relaxed.

My main aim of getting a facial was for a deep clean that I couldn’t get at home. Although I didn’t feel rushed with my service. I do feel that not enough time was spent on the extractions part. After the getting the facial, I still had a few blackheads on my nose along with a good amount of white heads on both side of nose and my chin area. Although this is my second time getting a facial and I am not a pro at it. I do feel the main reason to come in for a facial is for the deep extractions. I am saddened to walk away and still be able to see areas of my skin that weren’t throughly extracted to remove the gunk. I really was excited to see my face smooth...
