An amazing massage by Jojo. I would definitely have another massage by her. I had the 60 minute combo. It started off with my feet soaking then she worked on my head and neck. While I was face up, she put her hands under my shoulders and neck to massage them. After that she went work on my feet & legs. And placed some hot stones wrapped in a towel under my neck while she did that. It felt terrific and just what I needed in that area. A bit of caution... she massaged my head a good bit and if I had hair it would have been really messed up and I'd have been OK with that! She worked my entire body from feet to head (g rated) and got some soreness that had been in some places for a while. Their prices are very reasonable especially for the massage I received. I definitely recommend coming here. I wish I would have had time for a 90 minute massage.

Horrible customer service. I made a appointment to use 2 gift cards at the Tempe location. Where the gift cards were purchased. They told me they moved to a Phoenix location 30 minutes away from the Tempe location. We went over to the the Phoenix location and they did not honor my $80 gift card. Don’t get gift cards. They steal you money. Worst part it’s Valentine’s Day. I will never come back here. Sir you are a con man. You both are connected. This is not okay to steal money from people. $80 down the drain. I added a picture. That shows the Tempe location but with you current name at the Phoenix location. You are not an honest company.

On 10/30 I decided to get a last-minute foot massage for an appointment with this establishment right at 9pm. I called beforehand around 8:45pm to make sure they could get me in. She stated as long as get there by 9pm/9:05pm, then I can be seen. I got there right at 9pm, and gave the receptionist my name, and she said "Wow, that was fast." I said that I wasn't too far from here. She made me pay upfront because she stated that she wouldn't be there when I was done with my foot massage. So, oddly I paid upfront, and skipped the tip because I do not pre-tip for services that have not been rendered yet.

I was taken to the back to the first room on the left. The same lady that I spoke to on the phone, that escorted me back, told me to take off my clothes and lay face down. I was confused at that point. I said all that for a foot massage? She said you just want a foot massage? I said yes, that's what I called you for over the phone. Then she says well just lay down face up. And I'm still confused because my past massages from other locations always have presoaked my feet in hot/warm water first before even working on my feet. So, the masseuse comes in and begins the footwork with just lotion or some sort of lotion-like cream. During the massage she mostly only touched the top of foot instead of the bottom where I wanted the massage. She would then take some kind pencil like object and jab it in my foot and toes. Very strange moment there. She did that a number of times throughout my massage, and never really focused on my heel area and bottom of the foot.

I did dose off a couple of times as I was really exhausted from being sleep deprived over the last few days. When it was all done, I was not satisfied because she never asked me about any areas to focus on, on my foot. She also shortened the foot massage to hop up on the table and massage my legs (shin area) and upper and inner leg (quads, and inner groin area). Again, super confused with what's going on at this point. Foot massage means foot massage. Not foot massage +. When she was done, I got my belongings and put my shoes on and proceeded out to the exit door. She then had the audacity to ask me for a tip by saying "No tip?". Seriously? I was then placed in an awkward position because I am a black man, and didn't want to be stereotyped as black men or black people don't tip. And I didn't want to mess it up for the next black man. But the fact that you even found it in your soul to ask me for a tip.....that's entitlement.

I don't know how much of the $45 I paid for the massage that they get, but tips are not guaranteed my friend. At all. I did end up paying $20 off my debit card, and she smiled and said Thank you. I'm not a people pleaser, but I am a very nice human being. But the ONLY reason I tipped is because I am black and don't want that stigma on us. I did leave telling myself that I will contact the manager the next day AND leave a review. That was my experience, and the owner/manager never reached back out to me after leaving my contact information. Won't be going back to this...

Okay, I have a love hate relationship here. Hear me out for a couple seconds. I used to go here all the time. There was 1 guy there that I LOVED. He was incredible. By far the best therapist I have had, and I've sought out too many masseuses at this point to count. So I used to go for the 90min COMBO $50 Reflexology and Massage deal. Yes, $50 for 90mins. It was to die for. Now fast forward a few months and my last 2 experiences have been AWFUL. My first bad experience : I received a lady, whom I have never met or had in the past. I thought, well we will give it a try! I'm in desperate need of a massage and women usually try their best at whatever they do. Well 10 mins in I could tell it was going to be a bumpy ride. She literally put ZERO effort into it and used ONE HAND at a time.... like I didn't come here to get q massage by my fiancé who just cant stand to give a massage. I came here for some work to be done on my aching body. 35-40mins in I honestly started to cry because I had been having THEE WORST day and this lady was literally making it even more awful. I told them I needed a guy and they said they couldn't switch so, I left. I LEFT half way through a massage which I have literally never done in my life. Man this is getting long but I want it to be really clear why I am giving a 1 start rating. Situation 2: My sister turned 18, Feb 3rd, all she wanted for her birthday was a massage so we went to go get it. There were 3 of us, and to make it short, we waited in the libby for 50mins. Yes, 50mins, and saw 3 people leave during that time. I ask asked, "about how much longer will it be? We have seen 3 people leave and not one of us has been taken back." And he looked at us and said, "what!? You don't think I want to make money off you?" I have people coming with appointments at 4:30." We had got there at 3pm and 1 persona has left as we were walking in. 2 more within 20mins were gone. That left an hour for all 3 of us and 3 people were gone. Not to mention "Make money off you" isn't exactly what a customer wants to hear... ever. We left and sadly will never ever be returning. The kid behind the counter has no sense of respect and the workers are sub-par. My 1 main guy is still there. God bless that man. He is incredible. The little short older guy with a big smile on his face. If you go, ONLY have him. He will be you're favorite and...

I have been there twice now, first time i came with my mother and second time with my husband. The first time was okay service, at the front desk, there was a young Caucasian girl who was very nice and spoke English and was able to explain their services. We did not know what to expect in regards to the massage but had an okay experience, but the second time, i knew what i wanted in my massage. The front desk person was very short and to the point. He did greet us when we walked in. we had 60 minute reflexology that included massage for whole body, mainly focusing on feet. We told the guy that we wanted medium pressure for back and hard for the feet massage, which he said he will let the employees know. Two ladies greeted us and took us to the couples room. One' s name was May and i cannot remember the name of the other lady. we had to tell the ladies again for more pressure on the feet, on the upper back it was exactly what we wanted. my husband felt like all she did was continue to scratch his back and buttocks than the massage. the problem we had with our time here is that both ladies continue to talk and giggle among each other while we are in our underwear with towel over us and a towel over our eyes. I think this was very unprofessional. At one point, i uncovered the towel over my eyes, just to ask them if everything okay? They replied by saying- you like it? It is hard to relax when there are whispers and giggles going on through the entire session. At one point, I felt my massage lady pointing out my hand to show the ring to the other lady while my eyes are covered, which would have not been a big deal, if she wanted to compliment the ring instead of showing jewelry to each other. Their prices are no doubt bad but their services are very poor. In my opinion, it was nowhere near relaxing for us. I regret spending 70 dollars and tips. I will not be going there again....
