The ice cream was great nothing wrong with it, tasted amazing and our group ordered 7 different ones and they were not busy when we went in, we all decided what we wanted and there were three girls up front two were cleaning up and the other was ready to take our order. Im not sure what it was but when we were all ordering going one at a time making sure to not overwhelm her with all of them at once, after each of us ordered she would stair at us for a second and then started talking to her co workers, she went off and did something in the back then served me my ice cream about 5 mins later. As the rest of us were trying to order we would stand there waiting for them to stop goofing around then order then wait again for them to stop and get our ice cream a few minutes later. When we all sat down they were throwing things and just messing around with each other and with that excitement came the squealing. I love that they can have a good work friend relationship but i do believe that it should not be done in front of customers. If this was fixed or just had someone there to manage them it would be fine but it ended our night on a negative note (they close at 10 and we got there at 9 and sat outside). The food is great though and would love to go to one of the other locations but...

Walked in to get my order. Was super excited, knowing that I was going to be trying something new.. I walk in, I’m not greeted at all, and then finally some Curly haired young woman walked up with no smile on her face. She gave off this energy like she was just pissed off being there. Which is so disappointing, young kids can act this way nowadays. I said hello how are you doing? And got no reply.. then I said yeah I’m just here to pick up my online order, I gave her my name and she just walked to the freezer pulled my order out, and then I’m like have a good rest of your night, no reply… Probably the rudest experience I’ve ever had interacting with someone at an ice cream shop. Ice cream shops are supposed to be happy. It doesn’t matter if you’re having a bad day or if your life‘s not going the way you want it, when you’re at work, you put all of that stuff to the side and treat your customers with respect.

I will say the ice cream is good, I really enjoyed the cookie dough so that at least gave me a good feeling that they at least produce high quality product. I just can’t get over the way that I was treated walking inside. As a business owner, I would never tolerate my employees...

I'm not from around here, and after seeing the flavors offered online, decided that there's nothing more indulgent about vacation than ruining your lunch by having ice cream first. I mean, it's every kids dream, right?? And as adults we can now do it without anyone scolding us.

I entered just a few minutes after opening and was warmly greeted by a young girl at the counter. She let me try out several flavors I had had my eye (or rather, tastebuds) on. I finally deciding on the Ooey Gooey Buttercake and the Sweet Cream Honeycomb. They are divine!!!

Thry are so good that I am literally writing this review from my car outside while eating them. I couldn't even wait to finish them before reviewing this place.

The ice cream here is smooth, ultra creamy, and unbelievably decadent. Honey flavored things are particularly hard to master and they have done it with the honeycomb ice cream. This is easily in my top 3 ice creams of my lifetime (the other two were in Venice, Italy). These are super rich options and my sweet tooth was completely satiated with just the small size.

Excellent price/value, great product, friendly service...what more can you ask for?!? STOP HERE! You...

I do like this ice cream store, but tonight in purchasing two different types of ice cream I found rookie mistakes. The Raspberry Cheesecake had great flavor but was loaded with flakes of butter in every bite. I'm guessing they were using frozen fat or overmixed the batch. In either case, it was not very appetizing and left a long-lasting butter taste on the tongue. The Drunken Cowboy was also good flavorwise but I tasted ice crystals the likes of which I have never experienced in a store bought ice cream. I'm guessing here that the sugar was not fully dissolved in the pre-mix or there's some issue regulating the dip-cabinets temperature. Both issues will be forgiven and I will definitely return because I like the ice cream but those batches should not be served to customers in my opinion. Just not top tier ice cream like I would come to expect from The Screamery.
