First time in Over Easy today for brunch! We had plans to go to a different restaurant but the wait was way too long so we drove to what’s closest and it was one of the best decisions we’ve made!
Walked into the restaurant and it was VERY clean & the vibe was super chill. Our Server was Fisher. NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY. Everyone go request to sit in his section. He was SO nice & had great recommendations! He was personable & made the effort to connect with my 8 year old son. GREAT service experience.
THE FOOD! I can’t compliment it enough! I had the breakfast tacos, which were EXPLODING with flavor!!! Cooked to perfection. My husband had the biscuits and gravy. I have to say, that’s his favorite meal so he’s a bit of a snob with his biscuits and gravy. And you guys checked every box! From the flavorful gravy to the perfectly toasted biscuit! My son had the kids pancakes with m&ms, bacon, and fresh fruit. Usually fruit in restaurants aren’t very good & it’s mushy. The fruit was FRESH & pancakes were fluffy on the inside and had a perfect crisp on the outside! I’m not a huge drinker of alcohol , at all. I love a good chai tea. So naturally I was very interested in trying the dirty chai cocktail. It was just delicious! The manager even came to touch the table and check on us! Female manager & so kind! She said a secret shopper recently came and our server, Fisher, served him and KILLED it…no surprise there…. We will be back! Thanks for a good Sunday...

If you want to save on family counseling, look no further than Over Easy! Attempting to go to two other breakfast spots with unbelievably long ways, we were lucky enough to stumble upon over easy. We walked in and the sun peaks through the window shining on one open booth that seems to have our name on it. The hostess probably sat there after cleaning off the table and we knew that we had found our home. This place is breakfast heaven on a plate, and Fisher, our delightful server, made it an experience to remember. I made recommendations that I was extremely satisfied with.
My wife was over the moon with her breakfast tacos, and I was in gravy-soaked bliss with my biscuits and gravy, complete with sweet potato tots and hot honey. Our son couldn't stop grinning as he devoured his M&M pancakes.
Pro tip ask for the chipotle hollandaise to add to any of your dishes and it’ll level up your plate for sure.
The drinks were just as amazing as the food. We enjoyed a delightful cocktail, kombucha, and a black cherry soda. Our son got a "kids mimosa" with orange juice and Sprite, and his smile said it all.
To top it all off, the manager stopped by to check on us, and she was the epitome of kindness and attentiveness. Even though we left stuffed to the brim, we can't wait to come back. Over Easy is our new go-to spot for a blissful...
Read moreRestaurants that specialize only in breakfast/brunch are often a treat for the senses. They focus their efforts on the morning meal, concentrating their expertise on breakfast and only breakfast. And the results are often quite memorable, with Over Easy being an excellent example.
I visited this Over Easy location one morning while staying in nearby Scottsdale. The resort recommended Over Easy for breakfast, and this was the closest location, so I visited here. The inside of this location has a cafe- style appearance with a sunny vibe. There is some outdoor seating, if you feel like outdoor dining.
I had a difficult time choosing what I wanted for breakfast, given so many appealing choices. I finally decided on the Mile High Omelet, hash browns, and toast. It was delicious, and I really enjoyed the fact that the orange juice is fresh squeezed. You can’t get much more natural than that! This added, extra touch was more than enough to fill my heart and stomach with joy and gratitude.
Over Easy was a featured restaurant on the television show Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. It has all the qualities I expect in a first-rate breakfast- oriented restaurant and I am glad I chose to visit. It’s an excellent place to...
