We love Diamond Jims! I personally have been in this beautiful store many times for different reason, I started visiting Jim and his crew years ago. I have looked at watches, jewelry, have had rings sized and watches fixed.

My fiance also purchased my engagement ring, when we walked in to look, Jim handed me a beautiful rose, which I felt was very thoughtful. Jim was so patient with us, took time to explain the different diamonds, settings and options we were looking at in our price range. He gave solid, honest advice on what was the best use of our budget. I love that he did not try to push a sale on us either. I am a sales professional myself, and I appreciate people who sell through care and education vs. making a buck. Jim really knows his gems, he looks to build actual relationships so he can serve you and your family years, and I am sure for generations. I know my jewelry referrals will go to diamond Jims!

Lastly, there are so many nice personal touches at this store, we were offered a cold beverage and we were not rushed. When my fiance brought home my engagement ring and the "surprise": stunning, unique timepiece, both the ring and watch were packaged beautifully and then placed in a very high quality gift bag with beautiful high quality tissue paper. I came to get a battery put into a watch and was told it would be around 175 dollars. I thought i had heard wrong and gasped when he repeated that number. i told the jeweler that i had gotten the same battery replaced a few years ago, 3, by them and paid around 15 bucks. he said that couldn't be and i told him i must be in his records because i had gotten 3 or 4 watches done at the same time. he looked it up and sure enough i paid about what i said. He shook his head and mumbled something about before covid and I asked for my watch back at which point he told me to be careful who replaced my battery because it was a Cartier and I just left. The more I thought about it the more it annoyed me. i called back and spoke to the manager. he told me that yes the price i was quoted was in fact correct and that i had probably gotten charged incorrectly the first time and wasn't that lucky for me? Sigh... Here's the funny part... it was a FAKE Cartier! Sooo.... I basically got swindled and someone thought they could charge me exorbitantly for a BATTERY for a FAKE Cartier. I will never go back and I will continue to tell this story. I lost all respect for this business. Too bad... I ended up across the street and got charged the appropriate amount for a watch battery. I took in my partner to get his brand new timepiece, not just sized to his wrist, but have the full functions of the piece explained in detail so that it's lifetime may be extended and appreciated. The PHD of jewelry resides here. This fine older man, knowing his true passion for the industry laid out and dazzled us with his tapestry of artisanal knowledge and experience. And although an age gap, and some social differences obviously present, he molded the entire experience to tailor fit our humor, his needs, and we were late on top if it all. He had no issue letting us know that we would be taken care of none the less. And I can say, to shop for jewelry is as easy as anything, but to behold the truth of the jeweler in his element is to meet the Doctor of Chrono. Come here to not bee sold jewelry, no, come here to be bought back into the experience time and time again. I will no longer do business with anyone other than these fine folks at this location. They are eternally my selection for all my needs. And the prices here.....I'd rather pay here and receive that save 5 dollars and wait a week. . immediate gratification, from some spectacular folks?...
