The cake was just a cake I could go get one at Walmart. They charged me $80 for a non custom cake. They don't make custom cakes. The cake fell apart as soon as it sat for a minute after cutting. My son and his friends liked it but it wasn't a cake for kids it was bittersweet and I told them it was for a ten year old boys birthday not a girl it had sparkles all over it. I tried my best to put Minecraft guys on, I also told them I would they didn't leave room for that. That was a lot of money for poor quality and bad service. Don't go here please unless you want an average cake for a lot of money

Update: That's quite the apology for poor service. Two things one I was understanding but confused on how a bakery shop owned by a local business that I wanted to support cannot do special orders (birthday cake) like the local Walmart for half the price. By the way I also have the total change in my bank statement and I know Bank statements don't lie. Besides that the cake left glitter all over. I understand the catch phase but it was drenched in it. I would like a tasteful amount of glitter not something I have to clean again and again because it keeps showing up. I will admit I was a bit harsh before with my last sentence begging people not to go. I was angry, I tipped poor service and have had it happen often. I still think this is a bakery for adults or businesses. You need a basic birthday cake you can add a name to that won't cost you much and won't be so hard to make. This way you can reach more people and provide a basic service. Everyone I talk to about this always says I should have gone to Walmart or Fry's. This is 😢 just sad . Dos Chris’ Bakery & Charcuterie Co. is such a unique and adorable spot. The moment you walk in, you are welcomed by the most amazing smells which instantly make you smile. The treats not only look incredible but taste even better. To be completely honest, these cookies beat anything you will ever get from Crumbl. They are on another level, and I would recommend anyone give them a try.

The story behind the name makes it even better. Both of the owners are named Chris, which is where the name “Dos Chris” comes from. The whole team treats each other like family, and you can feel the energy as soon as you walk through the door. Salem, who was working the front counter, was an absolute sweetheart. She shared with me how the menu changes weekly and walked me through some of the different treats they offer. The personal touch made the visit even more special.

The bakery is tucked into a small shop on the northeast corner of 16th Street and Bethany Home Road. It may be small in size, but it is full of heart and creativity. Places like this remind me why it is so important to support local businesses. They put so much love into what they do, and it shows in every bite.

The Chris’ have done so many things right from the beautiful aesthetics to their sweets to their savories. Their service really sparkles and I could not ask for anything else - They were all kind, sweet, and so fun to talk to!
