Worst customer service I've ever experienced in fast food. They got our order wrong tonight, missing a burger and we didn't realize it until we drove all the way home. They repeated our order twice and still got it wrong. We asked for 2 #1 meals and a Whopper JR meal w an extra Whopper JR just the sandwich. 3 meals, 4 burgers. Instead, they made the Whopper JRs BOTH meals and omitted one of the regular Whoppers. My son went back to get the burger and they were rude and ignorant to him. It's late. Its been a long day. We're hungry. Its not convenient to drive all the way back over there to sit in the drive thru again just to swindle Burger King out of free food.... ONE burger.... which is exactly how they treated him; like he was looking to pull a fast one on them for a free burger. Was it really too much for you to just practice basic customer service, apologize for the misunderstanding, and make the burger? Mistakes happen and we're the type of people that when an order of fries is missed, the wrong drink is given, or i receive my burger with all the stuff I asked NOT to be on the burger IS on it.... I won't go back to complain or have it corrected. It's not worth the hassle. But you missed the main part of the meal & then acted unprofessional & were rude to paying customers. I've worked in enough fast food places to know how much food gets thrown out daily. The burger definitely wouldn't have been a detrimental loss to your store. $#itty reviews;...

Ugh the worst experience ever!!! Went to store #5749 on 43rd & Indian School My order was 3fries, 3drinks, 7burgers of which I was missing a spicy chicken and a cheese burger instead got nuggets I didn’t order. When I get home my food was cold the cheese was not even remotely melted. I called the company spoke with Irma she said bring the food back asked to get a refund $36.07 since I didn’t eat my burgers. Gave me $14.52 because of the 3LG sodas I left at home (since thats the only thing right) and charge me for the 3LG fries at regular price (because I was not going to fight with my kids.) I asked Irma why only $14 she said she had to charge me individual for the soda and fries at regular cost even thought it was ordered at combo price. Her MGR Angie did not allow anything more. YOU messed my order up not me and not only did I have to come back because of your mistake. I paid you for food and receive wrong cold food. On top of it I pay at the combo price and get refunded at a special cost 2-$6 whooper when normal whopppers are $4.99. But charge me for the fries and soda at regular cost SMH. I can’t believe on top of their mess up I get charged for things I didn’t get. I am truly disappointed in this location and how they handled...

This place is not good at all. When you go to the counter and you tell him what you would like to order. They don’t listen… if you order a double cheeseburger. Don’t be surprised if you get a very dry tiny little burger with no cheese. I went there and I was crystal. Clear what I wanted. I ordered two double cheeseburgers, two small fries and a Texas whopper with fries. And that’s not what I got… so then I went in and let them know that they messed up my order. They were only willing to replace the two double cheeseburgers that I asked for that I didn’t get. And we asked them as a courtesy. Can you just replace the whole order since I had to waste my time coming all the way back here for what you should’ve got done right in the first place!… And of course, the manager was not willing to do that. That’s “common courtesy“ was it really gonna break the bank at this Burger King location to simply give us a whopper with fries extra? Is our time an inconvenience not worth a whopper and fries? i’m surprised we even had to ask… If you see this Burger King. Just keep driving by and find another one or some other hamburger joint.
