Taco Bell — Restaurant in Phoenix

Went inside to order, one man giving an order, me next in line. When his order was complete, he and the woman taking the order had a 10-15 minute chat about personal stuff. I tried to get her attention (to take my order) but to no avail. She remained locked in her personal conversation (and relationship) with this man, and refused to take my order. At the point this approached nearly 15 minutes, I went up to the counter, leaned over and loudly asked “can anyone here please take my order, this young lady is having a personal conversation here”. To which the young lady said to me “well, you can put your order in through the kiosk”. To which I did every thing I could to NOT go ballistic in the Taco Bell. What is going on here. Where is management, NO BODY came over to me to HELP with the situation. Is there NO management??? Needless to say, I doubt any management there gives a damn at all about the CUSTOMERS…. Again NO MANAGEMENT talked to me, called me, or interacted with me to correct this...

Horrible customer service There’s one specific person who works there that doesn’t need to be there , the black haired Mexican chick..who works drive thru if you hate your job don’t go ! Not our fault you work in a fast food chamber !

I ordered our food and was waiting she tosses me the bag saying thanks have a nice day I say you too

she said I SAID THANKS HAVE A NICE DAY , I said DAMN HOW MANY TIMES YOU WANNA A YEAH YOU TOO.

I’m not rude or anything but this is the 3rd time I’ve ran into this chick through this specific drive thru and she is just pure awful each and every time and those 3 times have been a month or two in between because I’d rather make the drive to a further one to avoid the hassle , I hate having to correct an order for my 5 year old EVERYTIME she takes our order how hard is 1 soft taco with no lettuce ..

Stay away and make that drive to 19th Ave to avoid the drama .. if...

The employees working were not nice at all and like an effort or annoyed that I was there and they had to do their jobs. The main girl kept sighing under her breath and I kept being stares at like I was being judged and made me super uncomfortable. When asked to use the restroom, it was an effort for her and just not the best feeling and no one ever said one word to me the whole time except when I got my food. The girl was like "Here," and shoved it at me and that was it. I honestly wasted $10 cuz I threw the food out not trusting if they did something to my food or not :-(

Also no trash cans outside so if you have trash you have the inside or gotta find elsewhere and know this by walking my dog and leaving his bag out in the parking lot as throwing that away in a food place was prob not the best...
