Drove up parked could see them watching from behind the glass like fish in a fish tank looking to feed then scattered as I approached then one fancy boy made B line right at me way to close and I was like yuk, It took me a min to shake it off telling me to let him know if I need anything like it had tagged me so the others wouldn’t get a bite.. “let me know”.. like I don’t know how to shop, I walked around and could see him stalking me from a distance then they kept doing a drive bye saying the same thing, then sent a woman to talk to me and she started flirting it was also yuk, I tried to be nice, They are extremely aggressive and will get on your leg and hump it to sell you anything and not listen to what you are looking for, are clearly under a lot of pressure and desperate to make a sale, I was looking to fill my new place with a big budget but these guys are way over priced and I found much of the same furniture for thousands less elsewhere. I have money but I’m no fool or if was would work at this place, It’s like if you don’t make it at the car lot bye default you go here , they even have a back counter boss people in the back directing them over an ear peace microphone?, That poor woman was shaking she was under so much pressure I almost bought some furniture just so she could get a sale she was nice but I literally have to live with the purchase. This place looks like a terrible place to work and like others have said I kinda feel sorry for them, really I just wanted to look around and would let you know, needless to say not...

Was a great experience when I bought a mattress from a young man who had just started. Decided to come back for pillows. Jennifer helped me and made a decision got them paid for she handed me paperwork and proceeded to tell me they had none there and I'd have to drive 30 miles or more round trip out of my way to go pick them up at warehouse. This was March 16. I asked if I came back April 1 if pillows would be there. Jennifer said oh yes no problem I can pick them up. Went back April 1 asked for pillows and Jennifer was like oh no we don't have them the delivery guy called in. I'm sorry 2 weeks later they should be there. Dont lie as it was obvious she forgot. At that point I asked for my money back she was all to happy to do a refund. I'm from yreka so it is out of the way. Made me loose confidence in the business. Unfortunately I felt like I couldn't trust them to by my couch and chairs and today went with furniture row. Would have been better to just say I forgot and a apology. So I must update my review. Garrisons called left a message I was not able to return the call. Today a Garrisons delivery truck pulled up and delivered the pillows along with a sincere hand written apology. I didn't expect free pillows and will go in to pay. But I thank you for acknowledging and taking care...

We had a great time at Garrison’s. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Evan. He helped us look for bar stools and we ended up ordering some online after looking at the options in the store. He offered us something to drink as well while we were looking around the store, which was a nice surprise. We decided to look at couches and ended up ordering a couch as well! He was so helpful and let us take home fabric samples to see what color sofa would look good in our place. We took the samples back and got our couch ordered and the whole process was seamless! Evan offered us a beverage again, and my husband and I sipped wine while walking around the store with him. We stayed for the rest of the evening until they closed looking at coffee tables and decorations (potential future purchases.) Evan was so helpful, welcoming and funny. It felt like we were spending the day shopping with a friend instead of someone we had just met. Would highly recommend shopping at Garrison’s, all the employees we interacted with...
