Tailored Bites — Restaurant in Phoenix

Becoming a client of Tailored Bites has absolutely changed my life. I started purchasing meals from Rachel Masser during the summer of 2018. At the time, I weighed about 182 lbs. I had just finished my masters degree and had developed some poor eating habits as a result of working a full-time job while taking an overload schedule to complete my degree.

After returning from a week-long vacation, I decided to get into better shape and stop regularly eating food that didn't have any nutritional value. I then started working with a personal trainer who later referred me to Rachel. Meeting Rachel was truly life changing. I started purchasing meals from her and was immediately impressed. The food is filling, healthy and delicious. Being a client of Tailored Bites showed me that I could maintain a healthy diet without depriving myself of one of my true joys: eating.

With the combination of working out regularly and eating Rachel's food, I have lost over 16 lbs and am in the best shape of my life. I truly love Rachel and the yummy goodies she serves up at Tailored Bites. I am usually on the run in a given day...chasing puppies, walking pups, working out or working my retail gig. Many times I do not have the opportunity to meal prep or when I do, it is awesome to have her meals as an additional supplement so there is really no excuse to make sure I am on the healthiest track.

Her nutrient rich foods give me everything I need to keep running and chasing pups! Rachel is so friendly, easy to work with and her website makes getting orders a BREEZE! Also, it is highly helpful that all her meals and snacks have the nutritional info one needs to make smart choices! She is in a very convenient locale on 24th and Thomas. I am just so glad my trainer helped to introduce me to this phenomenal #BOSSWOMAN who is just the best!

I have used other meal prep services in the past, and I can honestly say that Tailored Bites beats my other experiences far and large. I'll keep my reasoning simple for ya:

1. If you have any dietary restrictions, they are sure to accommodate with plenty of options to keep things fresh.
2. If you are tracking macros, they make it easier than I have ever experienced from any food service establishment. 3)If you are just looking to eat healthy food without sacrificing taste, they definitely have that covered. I tend to order a wide variety because they seem to know how to make comforting dishes that are healthy and taste great. 4)Even if you are like me and need to track sodium content, you can certainly do that easily too.

Rachel is also very responsive, flexible, and always has a great attitude and a pleasant person to talk to. It goes without saying, I highly recommend...
