Subway — Restaurant in Phoenix

I walked in and ordered a sandwich. Irene was toasting the sandwich and headed straight to the register to charge me. She typed and used the mouse with the same gloves she was making my sandwich. I politely asked if she could change her gloves before touching the vegetables with those gloves and she asked why? I explained and she said no! This is what we do all the time. She then invited me to go to another location as she refused service. She refunded me and called security to ask me out of the store as I was sitting completing the survey. Store was clean and only one customer. Two servers and i ordered two sandwiches. I asked about the special and the young gentleman just pointed at the board. I can't see well do i asked. He asked 4 separate times which cheese I'd like and i said provolone. The girl who rang me up Was smiling and compensating for the younger guy. Before entering I'd signed up for the rewards program but it was too confusing for her to handle so i just paid and took my meatball sandwich and Italian on what home. Both were good but bread was dry. I've had hit or miss at this particular subway but it's clean and you get what you pay...

I loveeee this subway and all the employees they have are so nice! Today was a bit different experience. A guy was let go and I gotta say that was probably a GREAT decision to do so. He doesn’t not belong in customer service. Screaming and cussing and throwing things around on his way out then came in again running his mouth.
