Great experience This isn't my local target, but I've come here a few times and it has been a good experience every time. The store seems clean and organized, I was greeted by several smiling workers. Even the tech section was kept clean, and I have to say, that is hard to do. It's a bummer they only had dummy phones on display. There is a Starbucks with good seating area ( the line can get long at "peak coffee times") and a couple of food options right outside the store, so it's pretty good location.

I bought chicken from this store and on the same day I opened it for cooking and it is completely spoiled even though it has two more days to expire. It looks like the chicken spoiled atleast few days before. I really wasted my time and money for buying and returning this item.

Seriously the most disgusting bathroom; no TP, soap out, toliets look like they have never been cleaned and floor is gross!!! Store is stocked well and laid out good. But barely any cashiers so waits are very long. Not a Target I would recommend.

Target in general provides clean bright spaces to shop. This target has a number of issues that need to be addressed :

  1. Blocking - Some aisles look like a bomb just went off. Products are all over the shelves meaning that they don't line up with the TAGs. For an example look at the board game section, good luck matching up the price with the box here. While there are a lot of employees putting things away there isn't a lot of effort spent making sure the store looks nice, which leads too...
  2. Pricing - Just don't trust the price on the shelf. Assume that if you want to buy something you'll just pay whatever it actually rings up at the register. This is sometimes an issue of the blocking in the store - items in the wrong place - and sometimes its clear that the prices are changing faster than their team can handle. Fresh produce can vary wildly from $3 for strawberries on the shelf to ringing up at $6.
  3. Fake 'police' officers - This complex and store engages a 3rd party who 'dresses up like armed police officers.' These are not police officers they are mall cops/security officers (at best). But they contribute to the feeling of our community being militarized by wearing visible body armor and carrying weapons. There have been a few of these 'officers' wearing no clear indication of who they are and just walking around with body armor and weapons strapped to them. This company needs to clean up it's image, in todays world if you can't visibly tell WHO someone is then it is impossible to know if the 'guy wearing all black with a gun and body armor' is a good guy or a bad guy.

I love most Targets. But in our local community i'd suggest the walmart over...

This review has to do with a major operational deficiency on the side of their online pickup system. Online pickups for 2 items that have been confirmed to be in the store with multiple quantities should not take two hours to pick up. They are within 20 yards of the pickup counter. They shouldn’t take 10 minute’s actually. I walked into the target that I set the pickup to with 30 minutes to go on the two hour window. I asked if I could pick them up for them and checkout. They were unable to do so based on the “queue” system that is apparently completely rigid. Forgive me, but I like to live in a world that makes sense. If I have a grocery order with 60 items in it, I would not be upset to see that a target attendant took 5 minutes to complete a smaller order before mine. I am not blaming the target reps. Corporate should reconsider their pickup order algorithm to avoid insane pickup times for what the order is for the benefit of Target as a whole. Restaurants that perform don’t do this. Other stores have more logic built into their systems. Why can’t Target? I’d say that this is a complete operational deficiency and I look forward to someone grabbing the buck and fixing such a logical error in their pickup system.

Update: they could not find the order and listed it as not in stock. I had seen 3 of each. However, both of them were in the wrong location so apparently no eyes were actually used. It was suggested that I repurchase the order. That makes sense if the card is not actually charged, however it was. Target seriously needs to work on this. Pretty...

I placed an order online for three small items at 11:00 a.m. at 2:00 p.m. it still said order was processing although targets policy is to have orders ready in 2 hours I started trying to call the store and for over a half an hour I could not get anyone to answer. I tried hanging up and calling multiple extensions finally got someone in food who promised me they would get a person and someone picked up the line and then hung up on me I then called the main customer service number explain the situation to the agent who then kept me on hold for 10 minutes while she tried to reach the store she said they had an unusually large number of orders and we're behind but my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I drove to the store went to the customer pickup and they said my order was still processing. At this point it was around 3:00 p.m. 4 hours hours after I placed the order I asked to speak to the manager who had no explanation as to why no one answered the phone. And just said they were backed up. There were no cars in the pickup and only one person in line for store pickup and she had only one item and had been waiting for 2 hours I wound up canceling the order I'm just going to the get the items myself which defeated the whole purpose. I had cold groceries in my car from another store and this is Phoenix what temperature was already approaching 90. Go find another Target there are plenty in the area and this one just fails on...
