Why 2 stars. On 3 occasions I ordered the Jalapeno Chicken Salad AND 2 different add ons which I paid for.
On 5/12/2020 @ 1:00PM Cashier: Term2 and Order#872 I ordered the above aforementioned salad with added on Steak for $2.39 and Black beans for .30.
Again I was charged but did not receive what I paid for. So I can surmise this: This was due to incompetence, willful disregard for what the customer ordered which is a fireable offense or lastly, managerial edict.
What ever the reason I can no longer patronize your stores. Once OK... honest mistake but this has happened at multiple locations over and over again. I specifically ordered the regular salad then asked if I can add on and pay for the additions to the salad. I was extremly clear every time. In my opinion... the maker of the salad simply can not operate with an add on and just ignores what was ordered. The person who rung me up even repeated my order back but obviously did not look to confirm.
What I received was good though.. hence 2 stars.
Why did I not sit there and open the salad and go throgh it looking for my add ons? I am considerate of the long line behind me. I also have better things to do than argue over e bucks.
No hard feelings and I want nothing in return. You have simply lost my business which.... probably will not even make a difference to...
Read moreWe love Salad and Go and frequent it often at the location near our home. I’m Celiac and have never had any issues with the location near our home. They take it seriously. We were in this area and decided to eat at this location. The girl taking our order wouldn’t stop talking over us as we tried to place our order. She wouldn’t listen and just kept trying to finish our order. It was very frustrating. We tried to stress to her that my meal needed to be gluten-free due to Celiac, but she kept talking over my husband. We had a bad feeling that it wasn’t going to go over well. I should also mention that we were the only ones there, no lunch rush. We got my order and the receipt didn’t indicate “gluten allergy/celiac” like it usually does. I proceeded to trust it anyways. I knew I was definitely taking a risk, but was hungry and wanted to trust. Sure enough, halfway through my salad I started getting sick. Now, 3 days later, I know I was definitely glutened. I know I should’ve listened to my instincts and not gone forward eating it, but Salad and Go has been one of the few trusted places I can go. Maybe further allergy/celiac/overall customer service training would benefit this location. I do not recommend this location for those with allergy/celiac needs. Other locations that we regular...
Read moreTo put it as kindly as possible I've been absolutely destroyed 3 out of the 5 times I went here. There has got to be something wrong with their lettuce or tomatoes or something. I have ordered the Thai salad and had no problems. I had the Cesar twice and the Cobb twice. Both Cesar and Cobb were the 3 bad experiences. I cannot risk going here again. I have eaten large salads of the exact type elsewhere with ZERO problems.
Maybe they are leaving the dressing pack at too low a temperature 🌡️ or something...
Either way I personally won't ever be going back to this location and may try a different one some day in the future. I love their food it just has a slight weird smell or taste like it's unwashed or not rinsed properly. Maybe that's it, not rinsing the veggie wash off or the pesticides. Something is...
