I had such fantastic experiences at Lazy Bee Spa! The environment and experience truly set the tone for two relaxing days to reset. Upon walking into the spa, I felt more at peace. The music was very subtle & calming and the essential oils were just the perfect level of scent. I was made to feel very “at home” upon arrival. I was greeted with high quality water, as I admired the beautiful woodwork in the spa. Anna worked her magic with a facial that was quite pampering. She really seemed to connect deeply with the experience and took her time. I liked how comforting Anna was as this was my first ever facial. I went very deep into a relaxation state within this. I left feeling quite zen and as if my face had more glow and my jaw felt more relaxed than it had been in a very long time. Afterwards, my facial musculature & skin felt hydrated and smiling felt easy. This was a picture perfect first experience with a facial. I definitely plan on continuing to get facials with Anna. I booked a massage with Twee as well. This was one of the best massages I have ever had. It was unlike many of the prior massages I have had in my life, in that this massage completely exceeded any expectations. I too found myself in a very relaxed state while Twee worked her magic. I left the massage feeling as if a lot of tension had been released. My body actually felt stronger and more fluid with movement following the massage. Will absolutely be booking again with Twee. I will start by saying that I get frequent messages, and love trying new places I got a Swedish massage for 90 minutes my appointment was at 5:20. I got to the room by 5:30 after waiting in the bar of the hotel, where I was told to wait to be taken to the spa. The bar smelt awful, and definitely did not set the atmosphere for what you’d want for a massage. I was brought back to the “spa”( a few very tiny rooms and a restroom) after waiting in the bar for 10 minutes. My massage therapist asked my problem areas and began the massage. She was very kind. I added cupping to the appointment due to a lot of pain in my shoulders. I ended the massage early because I was so uncomfortable with the beginning atmosphere and the way I felt upon entering the hotel. I am very upset set, with spending my money here. And felt like I wasted it. I was not able to relax at any moment during the service I recommend going somewhere else if you are looking for a relaxing spa and the feeling of being safe. I tried it base on the reviews and don’t believe they were wrote truthfully. Very sad.

Update:I called and left several messages about what had happened. To at least get some money refunded. No one every called back…

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Marisa and Alma at the Lazy Bee Spa. My first day at the Clarendon, I got a Swedish massage with hot stones with Alma, and it was fantastic. I never used hot stones before, and Alma massaged with the stones vs just placing them. It was so relaxing that I came back the next day for a facial with Marisa! This was my first facial and definitely won't be the last. Marisa is a true genius when it comes to facial care. She used a beautiful marine-based treatment from France that left my skin glowing. She also gave me a neck, arm, and feet massage that was such a pleasant surprise treat to have with a facial.

I can't sing this amazing spa team's praises enough. If you are staying at the Clarendon or in the Phoenix downtown area, an experience at The Lazy Bee is a must. The prices were very reasonable for the amazing services I received, and you also get a nice discount if you are staying...
