Sal's Barber Shop — Local services in Phoenix

I would not recommend this place, I came in a grabbed a number and did my share fair of waiting. The reason why I’m giving this place one star is because I have been waiting for one hour and I see friends of the barbers come in an get a hair cut right off the bat. So far two people came in, waited for 5 min and got a chair. Not only that the barbers here take about 30-45 minutes to just one hair cut, it’s a busy place but it seems like they don’t care about making money. This is my first time here and I am not a happy customer. I am about to just walk out without the haircut. Not all the barbers but most of them are just messing around taking their sweet time. This place was the most uncomfortable place I have ever received a hair cut. The hair cut it self was good. While I was there the two barbers casually made fun customer that had called for an appointment. The barber that answers the phone sounded rude and condescending. Its totally possible that he may have had a mean customer.but why discuss the conversation with others in the store. No professionalism. Or class. Then the two barber went on to recall other times people have been to difficult . A paying customer made you check possible. I’ve gone here before good cuts I come back and get this guy geo his name was he told me he has tats on his face or wtv I show him a picture of what I wanted a low fade taper must have fallen asleep because he gave me a horrible 10yr old boys haircut wasn’t even anything close to what I wanted you know when the barber shows u what it looks like first when I saw that I already knew I had a bad hand with this guy I’m not coming back was a bad experience with me I’m going to be wearing a hat till my hair grows back thanks for the bad cut geo.
