We’ve always been happy with our purchases from Salt Creek Furniture, and this recent bedroom set is no exception. The design is beautiful, and the drawers glide smoothly—everything looks perfect. The only hiccup was with the bed, which creaked and moaned every time we moved. At first, our concern wasn’t fully addressed, but once my husband spoke with Bonna and Michael, everything changed. They were incredibly helpful, and within no time, they had technicians come out twice to resolve the issue. The first visit uncovered that the sideboards weren’t properly secured to the head and footboards, and during the second visit, they installed new connectors. We purchased a flexsteel sectional and recliner. In less than 4 weeks the color on the headrest of one piece of the sectional discolored and faded. We sit in all positions and even more in the recliner. This has not happened anywhere else. I called and called and they finally responded it is not covered by warranty because it is caused by hair oils or medications. If this were the case, it would have happened in other locations. Salt creek does not stand by the products they sell. When you spend over 10K on a sectional and recliner you expect it to withstand normal use for more than 4 weeks. Our previous Ashley furniture lasted 7 years for 1/4 of the cost from American furniture warehouse. We needed a minor repair approximately a year after purchasing it and they answered my call immediately and had someone out quickly to make the repair. You would think when spending 4 times the money you would get at least that kind of service. The most frustrating thing is this flexsteel sectional showed defect less than 4 weeks after purchase and salt creek refused to remedy this defect. I would run not walk away from salt...

So we have purchased from Salt Creek in the past and still have the Furniture, a dining table that goes from 54 in to 104 in, and six chairs.

This time we were in search of a recliner for me and were having trouble matching the 'style' to our sectional, which is modern. Most chairs that were comfortable would not look good next to our couch.

Susan at this location was aware and actually looked pictures of other chairs we were looking at and made suggestions, that she knew would cost her the sale from them!! My wife respected her comment and opinions enough that we ended up purchasing one of the other chairs.
